Culver’s — Restaurant in Worth Township

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at the Culver's drive-thru that left me frustrated and unsatisfied. After a long night of traveling, I decided to stop by Culver's for a simple burger to satisfy my hunger. Little did I know that this would turn into a frustrating ordeal.

I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:50 AM, expecting a quick and straightforward transaction. I placed my order for a burger and eagerly anticipated my meal. However, when I returned home and opened the bags, I was shocked to find not a burger, but two bags of cheese curds. It was a baffling mix-up that left me feeling cheated and hungry.

Naturally, I called the Culver's store to inform them of the error and hopefully resolve the issue. To my dismay, the lady on the other end of the line seemed to be in complete denial. Instead of offering assistance or an apology, she accused me of being dishonest and essentially called me a liar. This dismissive and unhelpful response only added to my frustration.

As a customer, I expected better service and accountability from Culver's. Mistakes happen, but it's how a business handles those mistakes that truly matters. In this case, the lack of professionalism and customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth.

The food maybe good, but the behavior that was witness was disgusting. Their was a protest going on and the employees were sitting there laughing and basically making fun of it. I'm sorry of you think that's funny you are a racist in my eyes. It wouldn't be the first time I've seen it at this location. I've know some people who have worked here when, their were Muslim women who have worked here and they were treated rudely and disgustingly. If this is a place of racism, it will not be a place my family, friends or i will be spending money at. Also when I was trying to ask a question about the meal the manager on change i think I was the guy who was working was ignoring me when trying to ask a question. I don't know what's wrong with people who thinks it's funny to laugh at protesters about saving their home land. Greetings. I love Culver’s. Well that was up until September 15. It was a Friday night. I had played basketball for 4 hours in a row and thought, "Hey, Siraj (fellow comrade and soon to be coworker at holy buckets (ten times better than Culver’s) ) would you like to go out to Culver’s and have a peaceful dinner together.
