I stumbled into this place a few days ago. I went in thinking I was going to just window shop and when I went in, I fell in love with everything. I bought my mom a gold piece that I was looking everywhere for. I’m from Toronto and the selection here was out of this world. The owners (husband and wife) were just amazing from the start. They were patient with me as I also bought a stunning piece for myself. I was in Chicago for only four days and came to this store twice and both times I bought stuff. I called early to ask how much do they buy gold for and they told me they buy at spot. I drove 40 minutes and when I arrived they offered $60 minus spot!! Liers in Ramadan, what a joke of a shop. No wonder their rating sucks...

Very bad service!!ZERO STARS!!! I usually shop at this store for small or big occasions. I liked a ring 2 weeks ago but I wasn’t sure if it’s the right one for me. I came back today to purchase it. The owner tried to charge me 15% more than what he told me 2 weeks ago! I said “that’s not what you told me 2 weeks ago”! He told me that gold prices went up. I guess he thinks we are idiots! Gold prices went up 1% not 15%. Any ways I went to a gold store on the same street and found what I was looking for. It’s called Turmosaya jewelry. Great customer service.
