This location really needs a revamp and lessons in customer service!!! Ordered a large and small hit coffee. Handed it out to me and as I'm holding cups, I can tell they are not hot. I opened and sipped each. Small was cold. Lg was tempid. By this time they left the window, I tried to honk, no attention. I had to get out and knock on window. I have occasionally gone to this specific Dunkin and I am frequently disappointed. I have a simple order . A small chocolate shake and they never deliver. They are ALWAYS out of chocolate ice cream. Then today to make it worse i was told after I paid that they did not have chocolate ice cream and that i was not able to get a refund.
