Sunday night, 8:40 pm visit. Two girls are working the counter. One politely takes my order, and fills my 6 donut box - I still have two coffees I’m waiting on. At this point her co-worker overhears my concern about using the restroom. Restrooms have codes. Before I placed my order, a woman had just entered the men’s restroom using a code, as the women’s restroom is apparently out of order. She tells me there is someone in the restroom - there was no one in the restroom, so my 80 year old father went in. She tried to explain to me that there’s a red/green light on the code box. I tell her that I wasn’t sure what she meant, she proceeds to go to the bathroom, punches in the a code saying “if someone is in bathroom the light will be red and you can’t open it” my husband tells her that my father is in there, as she’s punching in the code. She literally opens the door wide, while my father was in there relieving himself, then turns around realizing what she did, and says “you don’t have to yell at me,” stomps back behind the counter and starts sweeping; she proceeds to trash talk us to her co-worker over her headset, both laughing. All the while they continue taking drive-thru orders, while I continue to wait for two medium coffees.
Seriously… I cannot imagine a busy morning with these two working behind the counter. Imagine if this was a woman they walked in on. Gaslighting, with zero accountability or customer...
Read moreDuring my visit, I requested a mix of Munchkins that included glazed, powdered, and chocolate varieties. However, when I received my order, the glazed Munchkins were missing. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, who went back to retrieve the missing Munchkins. To my dismay, she threw the glazed Munchkins into the bag in a careless manner and handed it to me as if it were garbage. Furthermore, she did this with an angry attitude, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism from your staff, and this experience fell far short of that expectation. I hope you will address this matter with the concerned staff to ensure better service in the future. This happened on July 30, 2024 around 4 PM. I tried getting the name of the cashier but when I called back they refused to give me the cashier’s name. This happened on July 30, 2024 around 4 pm. Was unable to get the...
Read moreThe worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. .Stopped in on way to a funeral ordered large Ice Tea, 5 munchkins and asked for a water for.my son. They said we only have bottled water I said no problem and asked for a cup with ice with it. Bill was $6.80, I drove around and they had a small Styrofoam cup with ice, I asked if they could give me a small cup with a lid , the lady looked at me like she did not know what to do. I assumed she was thinking she could not give me a cup for free, I said if you need to charge me for the cup please do., figured a quarter, fifty cents or dollar worst case scenario. I gave her a ten dollar bill she handed me .54 cents change, I said I gave you a ten assuming I had a couple bills coming back she then handed me another receipt and said that was the change from the cup of ice. They charged me $2.54 for a cup of ice, never will I stop at this location again. I advise you to go to the one on 87th...
