Well if you want to go into a rock concert then I guess you should come to the Dunkin donuts because I can't believe at 10:00 in the morning the music that vibrates from the speakers is so loud that you can't even hear yourself think let alone the lady at the counter being able to hear your order she asked me to repeat it again I told her maybe she should turn the music down 🤷 then you've got four girls in the corner that work there all looking at their phone giggling and laughing and no one's working yet there are lines literally literally lines in the driveway and people waiting at the counter six of us actually, find me the one lady came up to me and asked me what I wanted. But if we got the two young girls looking at their phone giggling and the other two are staring into space then what happens. I noticed the girl at the drive-thru was busting her hump so she was, then there's the real nice black lady that continues to work God only knows I hope she gets paid a lot more than that because she was really working. I'm not very good attitudes on the lady taking the money she just the kind of looked in the space she could have cared less that she was there. Even the one gentleman looked at me a customer and said is it always this loud in here I said I don't know.🤷🤦 But God forbid if you want to read a magazine or read a newspaper or just be able to be comfortable and talking to someone that you can't do that here because the music is so damn ""LOUD"". THE ONE GENTLEMAN EVEN LEFT WITH HIS COMPANION AND SAID HE CAN'T EVEN TALK BECAUSE IT'S SO LOUD IN THERE WITH THE MUSIC... I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHO THE OWNER. 🙎 Needless to say I won't be coming back. You should be able to go inside relax take it easy be able to talk to someone read a newspaper and not have to put head phones on. They got my coffee right but only after it was sitting on the counter and I asked him if it was mine, they said no, then they changed their mind and said yes it's yours and this is after they tried to give my coffee to another guy and it wasn't even his. Poor...
Read moreAs a former employee of this location, all I have to say is that I had a negative experience here. The manager is very unprofessional. He accused me of money missing from the register, and also proceeded to threat me with the police. During my time there I never took one penny from that register. Not only that but I always made sure to count my drawer under a camera, to prevent accusations like this from happening. That was the main reason why I resigned. Not only is he unprofessional but he also had us serving contaminated food. One time a coworker had accidentally dropped all the eggs on the dirty floor, and instead of throwing them away; the manager yelled at my coworker to pick them up and still serve them. This happened on numerous occasions, with the donuts,...

Beautiful store, I wish they knew how to equally distribute staff to the drive thru and to the people who actually take the time to go in. The other reviews are not joking when they say that there is an attitude problem towards walk in customers. They foster such toxicity that two customers almost went at it in line. I will do without this product moving forward.
Thanks at least for making me realize that I can do without starting my day in a negative way and now will be looking for healthier options for my workplace!!!
The star rating is just and your attitude alone makes this place invisible to me and my circle of friends and...
