Antonio Barnes the manager is the most disrespect individual I ever met. He is exactly why people have issues supporting black businesses. I paid extra for a order that was supposed to be expedited. It wasn't ready. I called at 1230 and 105pm both times it wasn't ready. The first time I called. The gentleman told me he could drop it off on another delivery (I did not know they delivered) it shouldn't be a problem with his manager he'd call me right back and when he called I was told it would be a extra $10. Now that was a problem because I had everything set up to come get the juices and even offer to come 20 mins later but because I'm in a uber. The issues wasn't so much that they weren't ready because of the short notice is was because I had to pay extra on top of paying for it to be ready. So when the owner manager or whomever he was called me. I couldn't get half a second in before he started catching a attitude cutting me off. Wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence or explain the problem. I asked why was he down talking me. He told me he didn't have time for this. So at that point I asked for a refund. Not because it wasn't ready on time but because he treated me like I stole something when I paid in advance. So even during the refund process he told me. "You asked for refund what more do you want?" I said," sir I didn't hear you acknowledge that because I was in the middle of talking." I will never ever be doing business with them again. I'm shaking as I write this but like I told Antonio on the phone. You will reap what you soe. You want to be nasty no problem but little did he know. I travel for a living and come in this area often with my new job. I had plans on coming to see then 2x a month. My coworkers were going to put thier orders in on Friday when they got paid. Now I'm going to give that same buissness to someone else. Just because of how I was being degraded by the "manager/owner" who wouldn't allow me to talk. I love this place! I found it on Doordash a few years ago. Everytime I get a chance to go here, I do. The employees are always so kind, generous, friendly, &informative. There are many options available, so making a decision might be tough at first because you will want to try everything! The atmosphere is so welcoming &bright! I love the setup &you are able to watch the employees making everything right there in front of you. They offer fresh &frozen juices so you can take them to enjoy at another time. There is also an option of detox juices for how ever many days you need. In addition to the juices, there are wellness shots, smoothies, oatmeal, avocado toast/bagel, fresh sandwiches, soup (new), &several other options available including extras to add to your drinks. There is another location in Midlothian too. This is a cozy little place! You need to go try them &see what they have to offer. It's so delicious! P.S. The reason for one Starks is definitely not for the finished product. The reason for the one start is the service is horrible! You call and ask for your order, when you get there and you see a myriad of people leaving because of the dissatisfaction of the service! It’s not enough manpower, and they cannot deliver on what they promise! I called in my order and they told me 5 to 10 minutes, I arrived in 20 to 25 minutes.
