RUDE RUDE RUDE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a boutonniere for my daughter's date for her very first homecoming. I stated on the phone that I did not want a white rose because her dates shirt was white. I gave the color of the dress and they told me they would have the designer pick the color that best would match. Days later when I went in to pick it up...to my surprise, it was white. I let the woman at the desk know and she went into the back to let the designer know. Low and behold I hear the designer (who is 4 feet away from me) say...what does she care?! Its not like its prom! Its homecoming! I looked at her and said...im sorry it's not a big deal to you but this is my child's first dance and it matters to us. She then decided to roll her eyes and mumble. I decided to pay for the flower and leave. Before I did that I asked to speak with the manager. A man came out and I explained what happened. I told him at this point, its not about the rose, it's about his employees bad mouthing customers in plain sight where they can hear! He was apologetic while she continued yelling things from the back. "THEN FIRE ME TIM" "ILL JUST QUIT AFTER MY SHIFT TIM." It was so ridiculous that a customer that came in behind me spoke up about how unprofessional i was being treated by this vile woman. The man, im assuming the owner, was apologetic but at that point I was in tears and left with the white rose. Do better...
Read moreI ordered an arrangement through fromyouflowers.com to be delivered the morning of my mother-in-laws birthday. The first picture is what i picked out on the website to be delivered. Tons of flowers, big, full & so beautiful. It was also a $100 arrangement which I did not mind at all. I expected it to be a beautiful arrangement if I’m paying that much as well. I was super excited. I get a text picture of the arrangement from my MIL thanking me. I look at the picture and my jaw dropped. The arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture that was on the website. The second picture attached is what my MIL received. I was so embarrassed because I’m so big on presentation and gifts & this arrangement looked terrible. I would never give this out to anybody. A paper was attached to the arrangement and it was from Chalet Florist. I reached out to fromyouflowers and they were so nice and so apologetic they offered me a refund as i would rather have the arrangement re-delievered but couldn’t do that so they just gave me a full refund. Read morePrefacing this to say I’ve had good experiences with this shop for sympathy flowers. But today this shop treated me with such disrespect and abhorrent customer service that I won’t be supporting this local business anymore and i recommend you don’t order from here either.
Despite me trying to be empathetic, understanding and patient with them, the shop was rude with me from the start, did not deliver flowers to our agreed upon address, spoke down to me and belittled my situation and then refused to provide any solutions. And they also expected my high-risk family member to pick up from the address they delivered to instead of our agreed upon address.
If you run into any issues here, you’re out of luck! I’d rather not take that chance for a special occasion.
