I Pay Almost Half Price For The Newest Best Samsung Phones Before Their Available At The Store For Everyone Else. But These Guys Are Extremely Helpful They Didn't Even Charge Me After I Switched To T-Mobile & They Were Suppose To Port My Numbers Over & The New SIM Cards They Sent Me were Suppose To Be Activated & Ready To Go. They Charged Me $50.00 For 2 SIM Cards Then Activated Them With New Numbers. When I Went Here Within 10 mins they Reversed The $50.00 Charge T-Mobile Charged Me Online Then Had Both My Phone Numbers Ported Over To New SIM Cards & Did It All For Free. Great Store They Don't Try & Push Any Products Like Everyone Else Does Their Fast, Honest l, Very Helpful. As a satisfied customer of T-Mobile's cell phone service, I decided I would probably like their internet plans as well, so I signed up. They configured the equipment for me immediately in the store, I took it home, and I started setting it up last night. Except for adding a printer to my home network, I am almost finished with everything else. I have connectivity again with the Internet, my smart TV can stream shows, and all my Roku channels are available as well. I immediately cancelled service from my other Internet service provider. I had been waiting for over a month for nonfunctioning equipment to be replaced, and then was receiving other nonfunctioning equipment! No one in their tech support could provide dependable advice, so I cancelled their service yesterday, and then went to the Palos Heights T-Mobile Store to add them as my internet service provider. He even told us weâd walk out with phones that day we opened an account with T-Mobile. Which towards the end he said let me go check. Walked into the stock room and directly out saying â I havenât checked inventory in a whileâ we donât have any phonesâŚ.and proceeded to have his manager take over to order our phones.
