I had a car accident almost 3 months ago and I had a sever pain on my back , neck and shoulders . The fastest and more efficient treatment at that point was getting Cervical Epidural Steroid Injection in 7 different spots in my body ( 3 injections in different spots in the neck ) 2 on the shoulders and another two in the back and lower back. 2 weeks between each other single injection and the possibility of taking more than one injection for same spot depends on the pain and the healing process . I was scared and reluctant especially from the side effects of these injections . The pain was so sever that avoid me from even doing any simple daily activity or driving or even sleeping for many nights . Since I had been at the beginning of chiropractic sessions . Dr. Shalabi in health-1st center advised me to give the therapeutic sessions a chance and he spent a good time with me explaining how many sessions I need and what things I should do in each level of treatment and delay the shots and see how my body will respond. He was very understanding , feeling your pain , expert and very confident of what he saying and what he will do . Without exaggerating I started noticing a difference and a relief of pain gradually from the beginning of early sessions and before the ending of the 1st half of the sessions I start noticing a significant improvement . It was like a magic ( no pain at all in my neck ,shoulders and the lower of my back) the pain was gradually disappeared permanently . I trusted Dr. Shalabi and it was like a gambling for me since all my friends , family members and husband were against the physical therapy and they in some how don't believe in the physical therapy in the first place . I don't know how to thank Dr. Shalabi of all what he did . He is really very expert in his field and most important his welcoming and the touch of kindness and caring that distinguish him from many people in his industry . He is really genuine person .What also amazed me his kindness , caring and the very friendly super nice relation that he had with all of his patients . He treated them like a family not like customers . His staff are super nice , very caring and always keep following up with the patients . Being in health-1st center with Dr. Shalabi and his staff was really worth it and making you feel that you are really in a good hands and no reason to worried about the healing process . No words will be enough to thank Dr. Shalabi and his staff . I really don't know how to thank him. Definitely Dr. Shalabi expertise and knowledge nailed the pains and the suffering I had . When I first started treatment with Dr Shalabi 12 years ago, because of bad choices during work, I could barely walk with out stopping to catch my breath and hold back from screaming out of pain. I didn't know that I had herniated discs in my lower back at the time (2 full herniations and the 3rd bulging disc), all I knew was it was the most painful crippling uncomfortable pain I've ever had, it even hurt to cough or laugh, I kid you not!! After trying different chiropractors and other doctors, I was lucky enough a friend convinced me to call Dr Shalabi.

Getting me on the table for my first adjustment was no problem because Dr Shalabi's cool adjustment table raises up where I could stand straight up on it's platform & it lowers slowly with me on it in the correct position, at other clinics getting on a low table was torture! Needless to say, after my very first visit, I literally could stand straight and walk, no joke. It did take time with regular adjustments and decompression therapy to get me 100% right again and since then I go in for regular adjustments to keep my spine healthy & aligned.
