NICKY'S The Real McCoy — Restaurant in Worth Township

I'm very strict on customer service because when I was working for a business establishment I was ranked number one for 3 years in my district for customer service so I take it in love and heart of how I treat people how I treat my own family especially when someone is bringing their business to that establishment. The employees must be up to par within caring and I don't see that anymore and it's pretty much as the attitude of let me get paid go back to my own business/ family you know. I can understand that so maybe customer service is dying that's why they're going to replace them with robots but the reason why I gave the rating here at Nikki's is because the customer service is just there, it's nothing to write home about we can see that people really want to go home instead of really caring to people. So I thought this was a decent place to go get food for the evening. Well lit. Clean. Not that busy. And I had heard good things about them. Decided to stop in finally. Ordered pretty basic. Chicago hotdog and a chicken greek salad. Ate the hotdog there since I was pretty hungry. Was a damn good dog. And with fries it wasnt too badly priced. Saved the Greek salad until I got home. The dressing was a little sweet for my liking. No biggie, I have my own Greek dressing in the fridge. The salad had pretty much everything one would want in a Greek salad. Romaine lettuce, tomatos, cucumber, red onion, olives. Everything you would normally find on a Greek salad, except feta cheese was oddly missing. The one thing that makes a Greek salad a Greek salad is feta cheese. Just disappointed me on that right there. Like a pb&j sandwich minus the jam. I personally was not in this location I was with someone that went here for food. The last time and only time I went here was on a Sunday just getting off work figured the football playoffs were going to be on I'd stop get a quick bite. Now there one only one other customer in this place which he just got his order. I was just getting 3 dogs & fries. They took my order then stood around for 20 minutes playing on their phones. I was ready to walk out after asking why it's taking this long. They had 5 people working and no one was in a rush to get my order. When I did get my order driving home eating it it was cold.at that point I would of been better ordering in.contacted owner and complain but nothing came of it. I could see if they were busy but only one other customer it's ridiculous. No drive up. One star is the only way that I can post negative 5 star would...
