Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Worth Township

I would have given them 4 stars but our last experience ordering here was absolutely horrible! My husband ordered an 18 inch pizza with a 12 inch and some sides. We went and picked it up. I noticed the box was a little different (we’ve ordered here multiple times before!) but didn’t think anything of it. When we got home and he opened the box, it was a much smaller pizza than what we paid for. He called and they apologized and said to send a picture to a certain number of the pizza and they would send the correct size one right away. Okay, fine that’s reasonable. Over an hour passes, at this point it’s almost 9:00 pm and no one showed up. My husband called again and this lady was arguing with him saying that our pizza was an 18 inch pizza and we were not getting another one. At this point we were both super upset and frustrated. So my husband sent a picture of the pizza with a TAPE MEASURE because clearly they don’t know what they’re doing. 15 minutes later the lady calls back and apologizes saying they were wrong they did not give us an 18 inch pizza and they’re sending a new one. At 9:00 pm on a Wednesday night. To top it all off she gave the driver the wrong address. And we find out we were sending the pictures to Omar, the manager himself. Who didn’t handle any of this. PLEASE use your money somewhere else to a business who actually cares about their customers! We sent so many family members here after they opened, now none of us will go here after our experience. Talk about the worse customer service! Their own manager doesn’t even know their sizes for their pizza, we had to measure it for them! And telling us they were sending a new pizza then never did because we were apparently lying and having to measure a pizza to prove we’re right. Just such a terrible experience. Since the manager Omar likes to hide behinds his employees, if you’re reading this I want our money back! We will be ordering pizza from someone else...

Edit: tried again 2 years later hoping things improved. This location should just close, it’s giving them a bad name. I had the same calzone I ordered here from their Munster location just a few weeks ago. The Munster one was delicious, huge portion, great crust, everything was excellent. The one I ordered here was flat with an odd textured crust. The ingredients were so skimpy and the quality was just so far off. McHenry is another great location for Rosati but I would avoid this location unfortunately

Nothing like some of the other Rosati locations. The pizza slice was cold and soggy. The Caesar salad was a joke. Just browning iceberg lettuce and flavorless croutons. It genuinely just tasted like torn up, stale bread rather than croutons. No cheese, and a Caesar is already super basic so to be completely missing an ingredient makes a big difference. So overpriced for such...

Okay, I don’t know what kind of magic Rosati's is using, but this pizza is ridiculously good.

The crust? Perfectly crispy on the edges, but soft and chewy where it counts. The sauce isn’t too sweet or too tangy, just right—like someone actually thought about it. And the cheese? Stretchy, melty, and probably the reason I’m 10 pounds heavier but completely happy.

As for the toppings, they don’t mess around. Pepperoni was loaded up like they were trying to win a prize, and the mushrooms actually taste like mushrooms, not whatever those weird rubbery things are on some pizzas.

Delivery was fast, like "How did you get here so quick?" fast. And the guy was friendly, which is a nice bonus when you’re face-to-face with your pizza dreams.

Honestly, I don’t know if this pizza can solve all my problems, but it sure makes a few of them disappear for a little while. Definitely...
