Wendy's — Restaurant in Worth Township

Went to this hell hole this evening ordered a double cheeseburger let them know two times no tomatoes due to a food allergy. The first one was cold and a single. The older Hispanic man was not rude he took it back and had them to remake it. The women working however were rude and upset about it being sent back. The second burger had tomato all over it.(((( Purposely)))at least four large pieces. I went in the request a refund. They tried to give me a lower amount back because she said she would have to give it back in cash. I said no I want what I paid. I then asked for a manager. This dusty blonde with a split in mullet hair cut said looking at me through her bifocals “I’m the manager “ I asked for her name and she said no you got your little four dollars back I know you need it. I let her know that I would be contacting Wendy’s corporate office she said to me a black women you can if you know how. This pissed me off. I will never support this establishment again. I also began to record when the ( early 60’s caucasian, dusty, blonde shoulder length, split in hair manager, began speaking to me using racial comments) I will be posting this via all social media platforms. We’re living in a world full of racism. I’m a black educated woman being looked down upon by the Wendy’s manager due to her being rude and them messing up my order. When I place my hamburger order after I say what size I'd like the next thing out of my mouth is NO CHEESE .... Not a hard concept!!! But when the screen isn't working to see your order being placed you have to rely on the order taker and then the burger maker(WHO YOU HOPE CAN READ, DEPENDING ON WHAT WAS TYPED IN!!) THIS VISIT WAS A COMPLETE BUST!!!! Got home and there was CHEESE ON MY BURGER!!!!GRRRRRRRR.... Now, I did check my order before I left. What happen that I didn't see the cheese was the cheese was not on the top patty it was in between the first and 2nd w/the other slice between the 2nd and the btm bun!!!! My receipt said ONLY MAYO AND LETTUCE!!!! IF IT IS NOT CLEARLY SPECIFIED "N I C H E E S E!" THEN YOU GET CHEESE!!!!! Anyway, I cld and I spoke to a John? Told him the issue, so we'll see if I get a free meal next time I go there!!!!! #notahappycamper...

This has to be the most ghetto restaurant I have ever been to. When we pulled up to the Wendy's. There was a guy working the drive thru LEANING out the window on his phone. I have never seen this before. We went 4/14/24 at about 4:15pm. When we walked in the restaurant the girl that was working the register was sitting on the food counter on her cellphone. Then there was another girl by the fry station on her cellphone. Noone greeted us cause they were too busy on their cellphones. We eventually placed our order. The restaurant is very dirty inside. The drink station and the restroom is disgusting. The floors are dirty. Spills everywhere. Tables dirty. Staff is not cleaning because they are all on their phones. Don't go to this location. I don't even see this type of behavior in the lower parts...
