i submitted an order for one pizza to be delivered and payed for at the door and when it came here with the driver, the driver standing here for about 20 seconds at our ring camera and walked away before we could even have a chance to open up the door or he didn’t knock or make it known he was there, not even my dog knew So I am very unsatisfied with my service today and so I called them when I seen him speeding away away and I told them that my order wasn’t complete, and the driver had sped away before I could open the door and she said she would tell her that we didn’t get a order and maybe they would come back? I ordered loaded tots a 14" thin crust with extra pepperoni, extra sausage, extra onion, extra green pepper, extra mushroom. It had very little pepperoni, onion and green peppers absolutely no sausage or mushrooms. Took an hour to get it and it was cold. They did give me a coupon for a free pizza for that but I've worked all day and just wanted a hot meal while I'm stuck in the hotel. I called them and long story short I had to pay another 3 dollars on top of the $43 i already paid the first time to get a new pizza delivered because I couldn't drive to pick up a new pizza. 20 minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered I called and they said that Agustos couldn’t get in the building so he went back. They said they called but I had no missed call. They were not going to bring the pizza back, probably because they ate it. But not sure since he didn’t say why they wouldn’t come back. I could literally hang up, order another, and have it delivered but I wouldn’t risk them spitting in my food or something.
