To say I was disappointed in my recent visit to the Wyandotte Big Boy would be a sharp understatement. The salad bar at $10 was limited to the very basics, my omelette was bland and overcooked, and my son's chicken strips were the thinnest, smallest, dullest looking bits of bird I've ever seen and even then, there were just 3 (see photo) of them on a giant plate as if to mock us for our poor decision to eat there. I remember eating here when I was younger and seeing how far they've fallen is heartbreaking.

This was horrible food! The fish there is really bad the batter is thick and wet I'll never order that again! The picture you see is all i ate of that i couldn't eat anymore. The service there wasn't bad it was just what i chose to order i should have gotten the salad bar you can't go wrong with raw veggies. Oh the bathroom i couldn't use it its cold and uncomfortable there only two stalls i went over to McDonald's to use theirs it was warm and clean. Probably wont go back to that location

Friday evenings 4pm to 8pm all You Can Eat Sea Food Buffet for $14.99. I thought the food was well prepared and very tasty. The Clam Chowder was delicious! They provided Lake Perch, Haddock, Pop Corn Shrimp, and Clams. They also provided various pasta, potato, hush puppies, and salad options. A very good down to earth meal. A very pleasant experience!

Terrible service! My friend from out of state really wanted to go to Big Boy and I tried to talk her out of it. I told her how the service has gone down hill in the last few years and I have had a bad experience at several different locations. Unfortunately she still wanted to go because they don't have any where she lives. We ordered burgers and both were pink inside. My daughter ordered the salad bar and the soup she wanted ending up being empty. When she informed the waitress it was gone the waitress just said "yes" and looked confused. She didn't offer to get more or even check if there was more. We ended up being there for 2 hours due to the service being so slow and they never replaced the soup container. It was early evening so they really should have been keeping the soup and salad bar maintained for the dinner crowd. The waitress never asked if a wanted more coffee and she disappeared when we were done eating and wanted our check. The gentleman in the booth behind us noticed we had been waiting for a long time and were ready to leave and told us maybe if we try to leave without paying she would finally bring us our check. It's sad to see a restaurant you grew up going to continue to close locations but if they would have taken a good look at their service and made changes maybe they wouldn't have lost so...

Recently I left a review talking about my experiences at the Big Boy Restaurant in Lincoln Park, Michigan.

The experience that I had at the store in Lincoln Park Michigan was quite bluntly God awful. I complained about this experience and I am happy to report that big boy restaurants made things right as did the manager at the Lincoln Park store. I received from them a $20 gift card which I honored at this store and I must say that the service that I got at this store in Wyandotte was excellent.

The food was very well prepared the wait staff and waitress was absolutely impeccable I would highly recommend anyone wants to get me to come to the Big Boy restaurant in Wyandotte Michigan.

Please keep in mind this is not a fancy restaurant in Rochester Hills Michigan but it is a working-class eating establishment for those who want to sit down and have a good quiet dinner lunch or breakfast.

Major kudos to Big Boy restaurants for making a bad situation into a very good one and for taking care of a loyal customer I will be...
