EDIT* Updated review. I went back this morning before I went to get my nails done and Iām so happy to give them a 10/10! Coffee was amazing and their fancy toast was delicious! Not to mention they did fix their pricing, I would say itās priced fairly now! I will be returning in the future, thank you for listening to costumers feedback and fixing what you did!
I just wanna start off by saying that I really loved this place when they were in the truck, the staff is always nice, and typically very helpful! Their store is super adorable and proud of them for this big accomplishment. However, they are charging anywhere between 8-10 dollars on a one sized coffee, and the only size is small. I donāt know about anybody else, but they charged me for every single thing I wanted in my coffee which never happened when they were in the truck. So be careful how much you add stuff into your coffee because it will add up. I donāt think Iāve ever spent $10 on a coffee that was as small as this cup of coffee lol. I get it, Wyandotte is an up and coming city. But at least offer the public different sizes, I feel like a large coffee should be anywhere between 8-10 dollars instead of a small. Maybe things will change, considering Iāve seen other people on here say similar things. The last two times Iāve been here. My coffee has also tasted burnt but again theyāre just starting off, so maybe things will start to level out for them. I will consider coming back when they adjust their cup sizes...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSuch great service a welcoming place for ALL this is what Trenton/Woodhaven needs!! and amazing drink options the flavors are always changing and updated it makes it hard to choose. I love this place as somebody who is trying to support small and avoid Starbucks I would come here all the time if I could I will just say itās more expensive than any of the coffee shops even in Detroit and as a lactose intolerant person itās sad to see a whole dollar more for oat milk per serving to sub from whole milk I donāt really understand the math on that and I always wanna tip so it ended up being $10 for a coffee now it was the best in the city and I will still be back to treat myself but i feel crazy for spending that also the food didnāt get 5 stars because we only tried the parfait and it was a little lacking for nearly 7 bucks I need a few more berries but I itās the price of convenience so thatās understandable I canāt wait to try the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCute aesthetic, great concept (i try to only drink organic coffee whenever possible). Downriver definitely needed a high end option. Regrettably, I found out today they are unsympathetic and unapologetic to a mistake/issue. Learn from my blunder, take your time, look at the screen when you order to make sure they heard you correctly, they will not fix any mess ups.
As I do several times a week, I ordered my oat milk latte, and was surprised when I took a sip and tasted the disgusting twang of cows milk (to preface, I havenāt drank cows milk in a decade or so). When I asked her and explained I havenāt drank milk in quite some time she stone faced replied with āI didnāt hear you say thatā, no apologies, feigned or not, then proceeded to charge me again for the correct original drink I ordered. Iāve worked in customer service for over two decades. I was just astonished, disappointed, and put off by the...
