Sweet Arrangements — Restaurant in Wyandotte

I ordered a large cookie cake for my daughter's birthday, the only positive thing I can say is they made my order last minute after someone else canceled on me and they were able to complete my order. The cookie cake turned out great but I was not aware that they use white chocolate chips as well as dark and regular chocolate chips in the cookie cake, that was never displayed online or in the store and was never told to me either. I had guests that are allergic to dark chocolate and my daughter and most guests don't like white chocolate so my daughter couldn't even eat her own cookie cake because she does not like white chocolate and there were so many chunks all over the cookie cake there was no way to eat around them. When I called the day after her birthday, the guy who answered the phone told me the manager was not in and would call me back which no one did. I called the day after only to be told the same thing, then I asked for the owner and the guy who is the same guy I spoke to the day before told me he was the owner. He said this is normal how they made the cookie cake and no one ever complains, not everyone likes all different chocolate chips and I feel this is something that should've been told prior to me placing the order but was not. I order these cookie cakes from many other places and not one bakery has ever put white chocolate and dark chocolate except if that was requested. The owner said he would give me back half my money if I brought the whole cookie cake back to him uneaten but how would we have known about all the white and dark chocolate chips if we didn't cut the cookie open? He was very rude, I would never order from here again! All I can say is wow!! Everything in this store is amazing except........... The teenage girls that work here. My husband and I stop in quite often and usually it's always a friendly place. Well today I stopped in just to get a treat and when I walked in the typical gentleman that's usually working wasn't in. I approached the counter to wait my turn as there was a group of teenagers seeming to order? Well after standing there for a few minutes and being stared at by the 2 workers and group of kids one of the workers approached me to see what I wanted. I then proceeded to say what I would like and I was told hold on a minute, she walks to the other girl behind the counter whispers something and the other girl goes " yea so we're like out of that or something we don't have it" I then was about to say okay no problem have a good day when the 2 workers and group of teenagers all start laughing at me. I understand that kids aren't as mature as adults but it's definitely bothersome when this place is one of our favourites and this kind of stuff happens. We love supporting small businesses but I might think twice now about stopping...

Stopped in today with husband and children. They have so many different things to choose from and my children was so happy to be inside and see all the candy along with how the place was decorated. The young lady who helped us today was very nice and pleasant, with a smile on her face and was very helpful. $70 dollars later and we all left with our candy and baked goods! Once we got home our sweet tooth was definitely satisfied! We will be back soon! Pics shown were only what Mom received for herself.
