I've never been to this salon before or to a salon ever, but was tired of the $15 haircuts that ruin your hair. I made an appointment at 3:45 and was there on time. My stylist was Kristen. She walked over 10 minutes after I was waiting and said she was running behind by 7 minutes, just waiting on someone's hair dye to be finished to rinse. I should have left then, but instead I waited, thinking that since my stylist was busy, they'd give me someone else. Because I wasn't established in this salon at all. The place is beautiful, but very cold and uninviting. It didn't feel like a warm or welcoming place. But, that could be because I had no interaction other than checking in, and the stylist coming over once. I don't think they want or care about new customers, my stylist proved that. I seen Emilee and not going to lie I was so nervous going to get my hair changed. But she made me feel so comfortable while I was there, she is easy to talk to as well.
