I placed an order online 40 minutes ahead of time, I arrived 2 minutes past the time I asked for my food. As I walked in the place was empty, there was no line in the drive. Threw multiple people behind the counter. Looked at me not 1 person acknowledged that I was there. I couldn't find the area for online pickups. And when I finally found it, it was hidden and empty. I waited 6 minutes before anyone talked to me. I told them that I had a pick up and you just said OK and walked away. Then I had to wait another 8 minutes for my food period I don't see why we do online orders for pick up for a specific time that they can't hit, especially when they're not even busy. And even more frustrating that everybody saw me standing there and not one person even acknowledged me , not great customer service. And I noticed while waiting forever that there was a spot saying please join our team with a basket.Does this even have any applications in it. This place really needs a manager who cares about...
Read moreThe roast beef is great. What upsets me is the service. I did not get my wifes sandwich from drive through, and I didn't notice it until I got home. So I went back and walked in. When I asked for a manager, they all stood there looking at me like I was a three headed monster. Eventually they pointed at the manager and they came to see me. They agreed to make another sandwich, but I never even got a sorry. I'm not asking for a hand out, but if "I" was the manager, I would have offered something cheap, but would have told the customer just how sorry we were that they did not get what they ordered. Read moreCame in at 2:25 and was charged more for my food than was displayed on the happy hour food marquee. It was $1 for each slider during happy hour last week in Plano. Nobody seemed to care. The marquee stated 1.49 and they charged me 1.99 each. One employee stated,"inflation". Won't be back. The one in plano has twice the customer service. These sliders are not worth 2 dollars a piece either. i don't blame anyone for the price increase. When i stated, however, that they need to change the pricing on the menu in the store, no one seemed to care either. Very odd, i might say. Took about 30 seconds to get my food which means they were pre made and probably sitting for at least 5 to 10 minutes in the back.
