I ordered online in my car during traffic. I had to create a profile even though I thought I had one the computer system didn't find my email address. So that was a pain. When I get to there I tell the girl my name and she immediately walked off to check to see if my order is ready I told her I was about to say my order is not ready yet I just put it in online. She's in doesn't know how to add in a beverage that I added from the cooler while I waited I told her we can make a separate transaction she said no that's okay instead we waited for another cashier to finish up and help her bring up my drink there I tell the girl my name and she immediately walked off to check to see if my order is ready I told her I was about to say my order is not ready yet I just put it in online. She even doesn't know how to add in a beverage that I added from the cooler well I waited I told her we can make a separate transaction she said no that's okay and said we waited for another cashier to finish up and help her bring up my drink. Then she ran my card through twice and didn't know how to refund a transaction finally my pizza was ready but not the cheesy bread I had also ordered I had to wait another four minutes for that cheesy bread while my pizza was Cooling in front of me then I asked for cheese and pepper packets to go apparently they don't have any they never have any so they said and when I asked what the delivery drivers gave away they said they don't ... I was getting ready to leave and I asked if my marinara sauce was in the box with the cheesy bread she said yes I checked to make sure and it was not there when I ask for it she gave me a Blank Stare like did you pay for it already b**...
Read moreI went to the Wylie, Tx location at 5:02 pm on Friday May 13th, 2022. My order was supposed to be done between 5:15 pm and 5:25 pm so I clicked the "I'm here" button on the website. At 5:25 the timer started. At 5:26 the timer stopped. When my pizza wasn't brought out by 5:28, I called the store. The gentlemen that picked up apologized and said he'd check on it, and they were too busy, then he said he'd take it out. He didn't have a reason as to why the timer was stopped and he offered to ask the manager about the free pizza since it wasn't brought out on time. He then advised me to fill out the online questions so I could get it. I didn't receive the pizzas until 5:30.
The thin crust pizza I received was thrown, with several slices having little to no cheese and only about half of the pizza having green peppers. I called the store to speak to a manager, and was given to James. I spoke to James about how the pizza looked. He then told me to bring back the pizza after I had already left, and when I was trying to explain that I had left, he started complaining about how they are short staffed. I started telling him that I understood as I used to work for Pizza Hut, and he started raising his voice, saying, "Let me finish" and "Let me finish speaking" despite me already speaking. He gave no reason for the timer being stopped either aside from saying that they're really busy and short staffed, which doesn't mean that they can lie to corporate and their customers and not bring out the orders at the promised time to avoid giving away...
Read moreIt doesn't matter what experience you have had with Dominoes or where. The pizza showed up an hour and a half late, the pizza had hardly any toppings, the pizza was scrunched up to 1 half of the box, the pizza was an hour and a half late, or there are next to 0 on the toppings. The fact is, Dominoes sucks. They have good deals, but if the good deals are for really crappy pizza; is it a good deal? You order a sausage and black olive pizza... you get 5 pieces of sausage and 7 slices of olives. That on top of almost no cheese. You know how you get the "Cheese it up" option? That means: "Would you like a normal amount of cheese on your pizza"? The sauce is like... someone put sauce on the pizza and then scrapped it off. What you get, is the residue of a once sauced pizza. Ordering extra, is almost like getting a normal amount of toppings from other places. For 6.99 you can get a pizza with almost no sauce, very little cheese, toppings so thin, you have to take them off and put one on every piece, just so you can have a slice with at least one topping. At Mod Pizza, for example, you pay 8.99 and get a range of sauces, cheeses, and toppings galore. One of these days, I am going to post pictures of a 6.99 pizza from Dominoes, with an 8.99 pizza from Mod Pizza. Dominoes is just so bad! It's ridiculous how bad...
