I’ve never eaten anything from this place before and after tonight I NEVER WILL!!! My review is coming from the experience I received as a delivery driver. I don’t know for sure if this individual is owner but I’d bet everything I have that he’s the owner of this restaurant because he’s the only one out of uniform and the most arrogant and rudest person I’ve come in contact with out of the 3 years I’ve been living in Wylie! He doesn’t have any respect and made it very obvious he does not like or respect the African American race! I let it slide the first time because I’m not really the one to be bothered or let ignorance move me, but tonight was taken to another level of rudeness & disrespect! I’m ok with you not speaking when I walk in, not so much as a smile but watch you speak to everybody that is not like me with so much joy as they walk in..I can even handle watching you put food in delivery drivers hand that are not like me but placing my customer's order on the counter for me to get! COOL!! Tonight, you really tried to play in my face!! I waited 20 mins pass the time my customer's food was suppose to be ready and when it finally came out I got up with my pizza bag opened for you to just slide the pizza in the bag so I could keep moving but noooo you made it very obvious I wasn’t the right color for you put anything in my hand…let alone placing it in the pizza bag, you drew back and was determined not to slide that pizza in the bag or hand it to me; and was really headed towards the counter just so you didn’t have to!! It could have gotten very ugly but I wouldn’t give you the satisfaction, I pray for people like you…be waiting for us to get out of character and act a fool because that’s how low you think of black people anyway but you wasn’t going to get another pass tonight, you wasn’t going to walk pass me just to put that pizza on the counter so you didn’t have to hand it to me….so yeah! “GIVE ME THE BOX” as I’m snatching it from your hand!! The level of ignorance shown tonight was very classless and stupid!! You do NOT have to like me or my race but you will NEVER get to play in my face like you tried to tonight!! I thank God for Jesus because had you tried this 2 years ago you wouldn’t have experienced the side you were really trying to bring out of me tonight!! I don’t see race or color when I go out into this wicked world, your blood the same color as mine so what makes you think you so different that you can try to handle US in that way!!? I see a lot of five star reviews for this restaurant. I'm rating Napoli's two stars simply because my kids liked their dishes (kids spaghetti with meat sauce and a 10'' personal pizza). The atmosphere is nice. Calming, relaxing. It's clean. Restrooms are clean. More than likely the kitchen and walk-in cooler are clean if their restrooms are clean. I ordered the seafood Alfredo ($15.99) and my wide ordered the Greek salad with a lobster bisque on the side ($13 for both). We also threw on stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta for appetizers ($14 for both). All together our bill totaled up to $73. We didn't order alcohol.

Was it worth it? Absolutely not. As I read through other reviews and read the "food is so good" and " some of the best food in the area" I can't help but ask if these folks have ever had a decent Italian meal? I would have rather picked up a frozen pizza. Ingredients are not fresh. Bland flavor. The seafood tastes like canned seafood. Simply put, it's not worth the price you pay. Go to Olive Garden. Get better food, same price. I was really bummed out because you go into this restaurant hoping that it's better than a chain restaurant.

The service was decent. Staff was polite and friendly. One thing that bothered me was that my iced tea wasn't refilled at all and we weren't asked if we wanted drink refills. I still tipped 20% because I'm a big believer in tipping. However, we probably won't dine here again. Gordon Ramsey needs to make a stop here and revamp the menu. It needs some work.

I was going to Marcos pizza in Wylie and I gave them numerous chances to earn my business. Burnt pizza terrible customer service couldn’t care less if I returned so it was a easy decision to look elsewhere for my favorite food.

Walking into Napoli’s restaurant you’re greeted by a smiling team member or a manager . I am asked for dine in or takeout or pick up. My order is very simple to make cheese only. This review is from 11 visits to this restaurant and my food has been delivered with quality and great customer service every time I visit this location.

What’s different from Marco’s to this restaurant they don’t discount their food they give great service and great pizza every time you visit them. They say thank you for coming in and make you feel good about your visit. Definitely recommend that you give them a chance to earn your business. Jim Alonzo

I want to share my experience with you. Customer service is very important to me and when you enter into the restaurant you are greeted with a smile and how are you doing. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are excellent customer service team members. The service is excellent whether you are dining in or takeout . I’m a customer that appreciates the owners take pride in who they hire. I referenced this in my first review. There are no signs up or coupons that discount their food they rely on great service and serve quality food every time you visit them. I eat there 2 or more times a week I posted a picture and my receipt and my pizza was hot and delicious . Definitely recommend this place for a great meal. 12/01/2024 Jim...
