There seems to be language barriers among the staff here. A LOT of repetitious corrections were being made, "on the fly"! We watched two ladies standing at a corner of a work station, having quite a contest of wills. One lady took a wrapped sandwich out of a bag. Words were said as she reached and put a DIFFERENT sandwich into the bag. They both looked up at the "order screen". The second lady reached into the bag and took THAT sandwich out, then put the first sandwich BACK into the bag. More words were spoken. More looking at the "order screen". At this point, they both turned and walked away from the corner, and a full minute passed before the first lady returned and swapped them out again. At THIS point, I wasn't sure WHO won but she rolled the top closed and carried the bag to the drive-through window. While standing there (after placing our order and waiting for our drink cups) no less than TWO gentlemen came in from the outside and asked for an order correction. One had requested no ketchup/ no onions, and his burger had both. The other one brought in fries that were SUPPOSED to be onion rings. We got our order and sat down to eat, just as two more customers came in to the order line. My wife enjoyed her Crispy Chicken Sandwich (she SAID) as much as she WOULD'VE the burger she had ordered. I told her I didn't MIND taking it back to GET her the burger, but there was already a lady with an open bag trying to explain that HER order was messed up. We got out of there as quick...
Read moreThis Wendy's is just pathetic at this point. It's gone downhill so fast this past year and I'm ready to give up. Every single order I've placed for awhile now has been completely messed up. I ask for cheese and ketchup only on a burger and constantly get mayo or mustard only burgers. Other burgers in my order without special requests get different condiments added each time I order. Never the same. I've even started double and triple checking while ordering and get annoyed responses that "yes, it's entered as cheese and ketchup only" and yet I still get a messed up burger.
Today I finally received a cheese only burger, fine I'll add my own ketchup, but it had pickle juice soaked into the bun and clear imprints in the cheese where pickles had been removed. This is unacceptable, especially for those with allergies. Also ordered a baconator and received a Jr. Bacon burger instead. Read moreJust called to place a complaint I will never be eating here again the manager is legitimately someone who is working in the restaurant when I called and asked to speak to the general manager they informed me that Steve W is no longer working there. That is who is listed on the receipt as the manager I would really like to speak someone in actual leadership because Yolanda the supposed manager on duty claim to be the general manager of the store and when I called to complain to her she said we're doing the best we can and hung up on me. Then when I tried to call back they did not answer and I repeatedly tried to call back and it went to a busy signal like they just took their phone off of the hook. This is completely unacceptable and completely unprofessional if I could I would give them zero Stars. I had to look through my receipt and correct my order myself. The staff seems incompetent and they need to get a clue. Again will not be eating in this place again would like a reply. I would like to know someone in leadership...
