I mostly order delivery but have waited over an hour bc my food was delivered somewhere else. Ordered pick up today and half my sandwich fell apart in the bag and I had to go inside to ask for the pasta dish. They offered to remake my sandwich but I didn't care enough. At least all the ingredients made it in the bag I was more concerned for my missing pasta dish I paid almost $3 for Also last time I ordered delivery I got none of the add ons I ordered.

EDIT:had the option of free desert. Picked a brownie with no charge but wouldnt place the order. Picked a cookie and it went through but suddenly I was paying $3 more. Food arrived with no chips. They offered a $5 credit I told them no because I've done that before and they never honored the credit. Huge reason I've started picking up my orders when I can.

Corporate reached out and did nothing to help. Fix your online system and employees need to pay attention. Otherwise you're sending your driver's out for your...

Tips are something that a customer has a right to give and shouldn't be forced to give.. However after looking for my receipt and and calling JJ to complain.. I noticed where the person who took my order decided to circle the paragraph about the tips SMH.. Mind you I'm calling these folk because I went in my livingroom and waited for them to knock or ring my doorbell to hear and open the door but they never did. They just set my sandwich on the open front porch stairs "SMH" If they would have rung the door bell or knock I had a tip to give. I wasn't able to give the lady a tip the last two times I didn't have cash on hand..

The part that really irritates me is after seeing that they circle the tip paragraph and left my food on the porch let me know that they did that because I didn't write a tip on my order. Or they felling like this particular address don't tip..

But Corporate will hear...

I work at an insurance agency. I ordered lunch along with several others in the office. There were two delivery drivers that showed up the same time, racing in to drop off food. I saw one with a drink and assumed mine, so I handed the young lady my money and she ran out! I realized after she left that was not my order. I called the store right away and the guy on the phone stated he would get it cleared up.

She did come back with another order after awhile and let me know it was sorted out.

The order was right, but I did ask for extra packets and it to be cut, and neither done.

I did like the energy they had and making fun competition, however, not a place you should be racing into. Want to race, the race should end before you enter a place of business. I think I'll be picking up in the future or going to...
