Worst customer service I have ever had I have coming to Jose's for more than 4 years and my husband longer than that.Tonight has made the decision not to every return easy. I placed and order for what we always get Chips and cheese deluxe and after my 20 minute drive home realized I got Chips with just cheese on top.Not what I ordered at all. So I called to my surprise they asked not only who I was but how long ago I was there then told me I could come back and get what I ordered. So reluctantly I went back when on the phone they told me I had to bring the food back as well which was no big deal.I got there and was treated so rudly by a teenager and not even the adults in the building I was told to pay the difference that they said I was not charged and then I was told they were going to use the Chips I already had which after a 40 minute drive there and back were cold. How awful and how dare you treat customers this way stay away from here it isn't worth it any longer the people have changed and are no longer the faces that used to be present
to get what I...
Read moreMy family and I have been devoted customers of Jose’s for over 30 years. Their food is comforting and delicious. When I read bad reviews, it tends to make me kind of angry because so many people are quick to give a bad rating over what they “think” Mexican food should be like because of what they’re used to. Not all Mexican food, especially sauce for wet burritos, enchiladas, etc. are supposed to have a tomato taste. Jose’s is different and that’s because the recipes are family made. You either have a taste for their food or you don’t. But, just because it’s not what every single Mexican restaurant in town serves (which is plain and boring, in my opinion) doesn’t mean it’s bad food or deserves a bad rating. If you’re someone who enjoys trying new things, Jose’s is definitely one of the best places to try! Just don’t mess around and get addicted 😉 because it’s very easy! I’ll be so lost if they ever close, so I pray someone in the family will take over if need be some day. Love you Angie & Jose ❣️...
Read moreThis food is terrible. The bad things about this place are that they have American cheese that tastes like Valveeta on all their dishes. Like another review said, it's probably that huge brick cheese that food pantries are stocked with from government programs. All their food tastes like it's old and from a food pantry. The salsa is served from Ketchup and mustard squeeze bottles, the veggies all taste like they were frozen and then thawed out, the sour cream is served out of those small sample packets like from an airline lunch and the food tastes worse than airline food. The prices are ridiculous for what they serve... I can't believe this business is still existing and all the positive reviews are probably from themselves and their family. Usually my saying is "if it's free, it's for me." Now I'm adding "if it's Jose's no ways" and I wouldn't eat there again even if I had gone a week without food and...
