Found this hidden jem yesterday 7/29. We got there close to 8pm so it wasn't busy. We got our table quick, our serve name Elizabeth (according to the receipt) attend us. All 3 of us placed an order but for some reason she "FORGOT" my order. Keep in mind I was the third person to order, I don't understand how she "forgot" my order when she asked me what kind of protein and spice level I wanted for my pad thai. When their meal arrive she look at me and ask "you order a beef pad thai right?" I said yes and went to the computer to put it in, then 5 minutes later she came back giggling "I'm sorry they're making it right now" I automatically said "I don't want it" since the party was eating already. Well she went ghost on us and the manager/owner not sure but she's a sweet old lady came with my pad thai and started apologizing for her employee I even explain to her that how is it possible that she "forgot my meal" when she asked what protein and spice level I wanted, but not everyone else's and the excuse was that she was on her 3rd day training. Thats no excuse since all the food came correct besides mine.Well the old lady took care of us for the rest of our time. Elizabeth did everything in her power to avoid looking at us. How professional is that right smh. When my daughter lemonade ran out I asked for more and she acted like she didn't know who was asking her and what I was talking about (at this point we were the only party left) Again how unprofessional, besides the issue with Elizabeth the food was amazing had good flavor and good amount of portion for the price. Don't get fooled with Elizabeth "training bs" today 7/30 will be her 4th day so hopefully she started getting it right. And if you read this Elizabeth you know what you did was wrong catching an attitude with me from the beginning for no reason and "forgetting " my meal. Deep down we all know you did it out of spite since I matched your energy with the attitude and you didn't like it. Don't do what you don't like being done to you. You need to act professional when people are being kind to you. Nobody deserves an attitude when placing an order or else you'll get the same...
Read moreI would like to start off this review by saying if you are a healthcare worker and you dine in this establishment wearing your scrubs you will be taken advantage of.
A group of coworkers and I decided to dine in for lunch there was a total of six of us when we placed our orders the waitress did not ask if we would like separate bills the dining experience was subpar the food was not great but it was edible, however the take out pad thai i ordered for my husband was not. Our waitress did not check on us even one time after our food was delivered. The waitress brought us one check which was roughly about $150, when we checked out we went to the cashier who happened to be our waitress and proceeded to check out individually based on our tab and what we had had for lunch I unfortunately was the very last one to check out when I checked out I was informed that one of my co-workers did not pay their tab and I was forced to pay it then when i went to enter my gratuity I was informed that the amount that I was putting in was not acceptable and that because of the party size that it needed to be 18% (nowhere was that posted). So then I looked at her and said okay so what did my co-workers pay for their gratuity she responded 18%...I'm no mathematician but 18% of 146 tab is roughly $26 and some change. So this waitress collected 18% gratuity for each tab which equals up to 108% unearned gratuity. When I return to work I decided to study my receipt and found out that they had charged $2 more than the menu price per entree and I spoke with my coworker in reguards to "not paying her tab" she showed me her bank statement that showed she in fact paid for her meal. I decided to call the restaurant to try to rectify this experience and was hung up on both times that I asked to speak to a manager or the restaurant owner!!!! This is unexceptable and disgusting! I wonder how many of their other patrons they are...

We got the combination appetizer, which includes chicken satay, fried tofu, spring rolls and crab rangoon. The chicken satay looked odd at first sight, but was probably the only redeeming thing about the appetizer as it was juicy and flavored enough. Totally doesn't go with the peanut butter sauce, though. All the other fried items were soaked in oil (which happens when the oil isn't hot enough), so they weren't very good. They served the spring roll and crab rangoon without sweet chili or sweet and sour sauce, which is totally weird. Instead, they had a lemon-butter sauce... which didn't go with anything.
The Pad Thai wasn't very good - I like spicy, and although they hit the spot for spice level, they didn't hit any other notes. The Pad Thai noodles were THIN and not medium/wide. There should be heat, but also notes of the sour tamarind, notes of saltiness from the fish sauce, along with citrus and sweetness. Instead, it just tasted like noodles doused in sambal sauce. Veryyyy disappointing. Needless to say, I won't be recommending...
