Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Wyoming

We stopped in for our first time to try the pizza chain. We ordered breadsticks, Cheese sticks, a deluxe pizza, and a cheese/half pepperoni pizza, and three beverages. The staff were friendly and accommodating but they didn't hear me come in, so I waited at the counter for a few (Our food was preordered and we decided to eat in the establishment). It was very clean and we had a booth to sit at (no other people eating indoors).

We tried everything that we ordered and decided it wasn't really meeting our flavor standards. The crust and bread tasted weird to us and we didn't care for the sauce. They don't seem to meet each other for flavor harmony. The pizza was okay but not great. It was disappointing to say the least. Had some astonishingly good customer service from this Marco's last night. Ordered two pizzas and got them home to find out both had been (incorrectly) made with the exact same toppings (even though the attached receipt correctly showed that they had been ordered with different toppings). (They had never gotten an order wrong before; not shocking that they did here since they were extremely busy due to it being a Friday night, plus BOTH Michigan and Michigan State were playing in the NCAAM Basketball Tournament that night!) Called, figuring the best-case scenario would be that they would (grudgingly?) offer to re-make the incorrect pizza. Loveee this pizza place! Good cooking time and honestly the pizza always looks like they come from the pizza gods weither I call and order a pizza for pickup or I door dash it! I normally get trust issues with big brand pizza places but Marcos was definitely made by the pizza gods themselves. I'll always come back! I always recommend my friends I made them try it their not as obsessed as me but they all agree its a damn good pizza place. OH!
