I try to avoid this location to begin with due to past experiences… although I made an exception tonight 1/10/21 to find that the door was locked at 7:40pm while other guests were inside. We were let in by exiting guests only to be yelled at by the employee behind the counter saying “they were closed” (they close at 10pm). After questioning this she then told us we would need to order online and then it would be brought out to our car. We ordered online 10ft away from the door in our car. 5 min later the employee sticks her head out of the side window and holds out a bag yelling our name. I roll down the window and ask if she is bringing it the 10ft to me or if she wanted me to get out of my car and grab it from her. Obviously aggravated she shuts the door and goes back inside to where we couldn’t see her and I had to knock on the glass repetitively until she opened again with are already paid for food. She then throws the bag into my hands and tries to argue with me on why I didn’t get out of my car the first 15 sec she was there… do yourself a favor and take the three minute drive to go to the much better location at rivertown, this location has been nothing but awful experiences since it opened. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a restaurant 0/10, had to question whether we should even eat the food the way...

I asked when will my on line order be ready? Because no one was doing anything. He said ur the second one up. Cool sounds good. No one was in line. This should be quick. There were 3 workers literally standing doing nothing. Should be any second I thought. One person was doing the online orders. I thought they would get the hint, team work, pitch in as Im here. Plus the app said my order would be ready 10 minutes ago. Then after another 10 minutes, because now walk ins have come in, I asked again very nicely, how much longer do you think on my order? as I know there is a shortage of workers. I was told to have some patience in a rude tone. I will never come here again. When it was slow you could have easily finish my order. I only ordered two items. The app was misleading. The app told me my order was ready at this time, I could have easily come at the right time. Now that I think about it. My order probably should have been ready. Plus the online order preparer guy was rude. I was patient. Also my order was wrong. I got a mini bowl instead of the regular bowl I ordered Im sure as a spite move. I've come here several times and everytime there is some weird issue. Im done with this location. You lost my business forever. Ok..maybe not forever..but for a really long time until I can forget this...
