Wawa — Restaurant in Wyomissing

I tried to get Ice cream parfait twice now the past two days and the ice has a very unpleasant gritty texture I tasted the ice cream before walking away and I mentioned I think there’s something wrong with your machine because your ice cream is not smooth. There is a gritty weird texture to it. The one guy apologize that made it for the issue and then the woman just wanted to argue with me that that’s how a parfait is because I had chocolate chips in it. It’s not the chocolate chips that are making it gritty It is vanilla ice cream itself is very greedy and it has a weird non-smooth texture like I’ve had all the other wawa especially the Sinking Spring. One has a very smooth creamy texture not here then she proceeds to pour more into a cup and says see look it doesn’t look gritty and didn’t even bother to taste it and said that there was nothing to do. I am also eight months pregnant. I don’t have the time or the energy to argue when I was just trying to voice a concern to you so you know something‘s not right with the ice cream or is something wrong with the machine seeing that now I’m out you know the five dollars because I literally just threw it away in their trashcan in front of them because I’m like well there’s no point to make it again if there’s something wrong with the batch itself not trying to cost you money out of pocket one if it’s still gritty and looking at it is not the same as tasting it they wouldn’t know because they don’t test it they didn’t even taste test it I found the woman to be very rude and trying to make me feel like I was making it up. I was just trying to let you know like I was fine being out the five dollars. I was just trying to help you out but clearly she could care less about...

This location is directly on the corner of Musuem Rd and Lancaster Ave. Roger’s Flowers is across the street on Musuem Rd. Riverfront Federal Credit Union is behind it and Auto Zone and Walgreens is across the street I’m on Lancaster Avenue.

The gas prices are always the same or a few cents lower than Sheetz which is on the next corner.

The food is good. You can get breakfast sandwiches premade from 5 am to 11 am.

They have the food ordering kiosks for freshly made sandwiches, salads, pizza, coffee.

The slush machine and fountain soda is come. The slush machine is always refreezing every time I am in there.

There is plenty of parking. The store is always clean.

They sell your cigarettes, chewing tobacco, candy, individual ice creams, chips, etc like other...

I am a huge fan of Wawa! I love the food, atmosphere, and service. Unfortunately, this Wawa is in dire need of new management. Several times I have ordered sandwiches from this store and almost every time, I am disappointed by the quality of my sandwiches. A few times, it left me feeling ripped off. On one particular occasion, I ordered a sandwich with extra meat and extra cheese, but clearly did not receive extra at all. I barely got any meat and cheese for that matter. I took it upon myself to call and notify them of this issue and then proceeded to another Wawa location, about 15 mins away, to order the same exact sandwich. The difference is astronomical!!
