Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wytheville

Me and my wife checked in the Hampton Inn and Wytheville Virginia. I called over a five minutes till nine Domino’s to order a small pizza first ask how long will it take 30 minutes they said I said OK I’ll take it. I paid for it with a credit card and had cash sitting here waiting on the delivery. I called over at 9:40 want to know where my pizza was the delivery guy said he delivered it knocked on my door no answer so I left it on the floor in front of your door. I went out look there’s nothing in front of my door so they asked me to. Is there another hotel beside you? I said I don’t know I gave you the address and my room number and a Hampton Inn address was 950 Pepper’s Ferry Rd. Wytheville Va room 207. So I asked him where was the pizza at? Nobody knocked on my door. He said I knocked twice and left it on the floor in front of your door. I said you didn’t bother to go down and ask the front desk to check the room, so no, I didn’t know what else to do so I just left it so I told you guys that it was awful late for me to eat. I never eat this late, but if you can make it, have it here in 15 minutes go ahead if not, just give my money back well they made it. I got it here 35 minutes later And it was not very warm at all. I mean, not even barely warm like it’s been sitting out for half an hour on top of the stove and the onions was on three pieces of the pizza. There was 10 pieces of sausage over the rest of it not a very good pizza. I love Domino’s, but this is the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life since you guys came out when I was a kid I probably will never order from you guys again since this was not taken care of very well the manager or whoever I talked to over there put me on hold and I’m trying to talk to him and ask him are you there? Hello hello they got ready to hang out and they answer me. He said we could have it back over to you as if it isn’t here in 15 minutes don’t bother and just give me my money back 35 to 40 minutes later he shows up in my door and gives me the excuse that he took it to a different hotel instead of look at the address he assumed it was somewhere else and took it to another hotel behind this one so I would really expect a phone call From somebody higher up than just a delivery driver my number 614-554-6662. Today’s date is 19 October. The time is 1038. I placed my original order at 9 PM and then talk to them...

I don't know if my review will go through without food and atmosphere grades. But seeing I never got my food and didn't go to the restaurant, I can't comment on the others I'm so glad to scroll down and realize I'm not the only one who felt ripped off by these people. I was watching minute by minute on the tracker because I was so hungry (not obsessive!) and was looking out the window waiting for my order. It never came, even after the computer said it was complete. Even after it took "Amanda" 30 minutes from they said she left. I called and the manager was the rudest person I'd ever spoken to. And then she put "Amanda" on the phone. She was even worse. And then they claimed I was swearing at them when I was swearing because to prove my point there was no pizza there I went outside on the porch and the cat escaped! They had their story down to a Tee and would not listen to a thing I said and were so beligerent and then hung up on me! I called back and a guy answered the next time and he asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes and then he promptly hung up on me! I could go on and on in detail but I know many people who order from this Dominos ( or did anyway). They and I won't be doing it again. I called the national office and they gave me a case number. Just because I'm mad, I will be following up very carefully. Not for spite (well maybe) but just to make sure others don't have to endure what I did tonight. It's 11:40 pm now. I ordered around 8 pm and "Amanda" was supposed to have been on her way to my house (I could have walked) by 8:30. I called around 8:50. I'm still spitting nickels. LOL

• I'm improving my review. I just spoke with Edward, who says he's an Assistant Manager (It's 10-16-24) he says he doesn't want his store to have a bad review and that the people who were on duty at that time were fired.

I hadn't received a refund on my credit card and so I finally called. He did it for me over the phone He's a lovely person, as compared to the banshees I spoke to last month.

I'll give Domino's Wytheville...

Tonight we ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza from the Wytheville Dominoes. I ordered carry out and picked it up at the window along with an Italian sandwich, garlic knots and pasta dish (Chicken Alfredo). I checked the pizza box first to make sure it was correct and the top of the pizza was black with scorched cheese. I ask the employee to please make another one and she took the box and slammed the window shut. Another employee came back and said she wants to know what was on this pizza. I explained that it was the buffalo chicken pizza with the buffalo sauce, the chicken and the three different types of cheese. He very politely said, thank you and walked back to tell her. I witnessed her slamming boxes around inside the store, and when my second pizza was made, she brought it to the window, handed it to me and walked away. I checked the box again. Once again the cheese was scorched. There was no buffalo sauce or chicken on the pizza it was crust, cheese, and onion!! In addition to the jacked up pizza the chicken Alfredo was burnt and contained exactly 1/2 Cup in the container. Not even a large enough serving for a small child.

This was the LAST TIME I WILL EVER GIVE DOMINOS MY MONEY. Not only was she the employee rude, but she clearly did not know how to make the pizza that they advertise or...
