If I could go below 1 star, I would. And usually I don't review restaurant chains due to the inconsistency of the places. However, I've never had this bad of an experience anywhere before in my life.
To start things off, the chip reader for credit cards was broke, so there was no message stating when to put the card in or when to take it out. So the person behind the register was telling us when to take the cards out and all. My turn, I order in this statement, "May I have a 4 for $4, jr. Bacon cheeseburger. On top of that, can I order a jr. Cheeseburger from the biggie deals." The response I got back dealt with the biggie bag, asking if I wanted that. I said no, a $1.60 jr. Cheeseburger. Anyway, after a couple tries mentioning that I was ordering from the biggie deals, and not the biggie bag, the manager was brought out because the one behind the register had charged me an extra $3 for a jr. Cheeseburger. For being a manager, one would assume the problem would get fixed quite easily. She as well stated that I could not order from the biggie bag. I never mentioned the biggie bag, and I made it quite clear I was not ordering the biggie bag or ordering anything within the biggie bag. I was simply ordering a $1.60 jr. Cheeseburger. Both the first individual and the manager were still confused, and so, after saying for the hundredth time I was ordering from the BIGGIE DEALS, an individual finally came up and knew exactly what I wanted, understood his own menu, and got things fixed out. Sadly, while I was not rude or upset, I asked the first individual (one initially behind the register) when I should take my card out to pay for the meal. She decided to respond with, "I am not talking to you, you can do it yourself and get out," and proceeded to walk away. So I never got a receipt, they all disappeared, and I later found on my credit card history that I was charged the extra $4. While this is not all the details that took place, they are pretty much the major plot points regarding the situation.
Like I said, I do not usually review chains. But for a manager and staff to not have a clue what their menu is, and then to rudely respond to the customers, is not satisfactory or respectful for...
Read moreGross, super slow, bad management! Those are the first few ways to describe this experience! I honestly was shocked when I saw how many stars this place has! 🤣Here me out:
1: We walk in with about 4 different small groups waiting to order. Not big groups. I am talking 2 or 3 people per group . The lady working the register was only doing one customer/order at a time at the slowest pace ever…really she probably wins some kind of record for that slow pace. She was taking the order and then traying up the order. It took 40 minutes to get to the register to order our food. And then another 10 minites for her to tray it up.
2: While waiting the 40 minutes to order, the lady taking orders and the man making the food for the dining room had a loud conversation about how you can’t help but slow down when you work over 40 hours a week.
3: Every male worker making food was chewing gum, very vigorously. It was so obvious that when he made our food I just kept making sure he was still chewing it so I was assured it at least wasn’t in my food.
4: The manager was working the drive thru. He was moving just as slow as the lady working the register. While we were eating our food, he walked outside to take a waiting drive thru customer their food. He stopped on the way back in to hit his vape a couple of times. We watched as the smoke blew into the car he just handed food to before they were able to roll up their window. He walked back in and immediately started grabbing food for the next order. Never stopping to wash his hands or change gloves or anything.
5: Finally our food! I know, you think it would have been hot and fresh since it took so long. BUT, if you made that assumption, you were wrong…just like me! It was...
Read moreLast night I had a mobile order at this location, there was an employee I hadn’t seen before. He looked around late teen years, tall skinny, curly black hair, and with glasses. He seemed as though he knew what he was doing, though he was running around the store like a chicken with its head cut off attempting to do everything by himself. He was running the front register trying to balance the restrooms, customers, and mobile orders. The rest of the crew members, three employees, were standing between the fry and the sandwich stations. Talking and laughing amongst themselves neglecting the duty of helping their coworker. Meanwhile saying “Well where is he?” And another replied that he is off “restocking the toilet paper”. Then one of the females looked up and said “Oh theres a mobile order.”, then they all walked to the back out of view. The mobile order was for three frosty’s, that’s all! And they apparently feel as though it’s not their jobs to do anything to assist their coworkers, and in turn the customers and by and large the company overall!!! In my opinion this is truly unacceptable!! Kudos to the kid working the front because he handled the situation way better than...
