Cassano's The Pizza King — Restaurant in Xenia

Little annoyed honestly. Since they changed locations I haven't had a single good pizza. I used to look forward to getting Cassanos every time I came to town to visit my family. Since they changed locations I have had numerous burnt pizzas, and tonight my pizza was EXTREMELY disappointing.

I paid $35.00 for a large deluxe and a Plegia. The pizza had no cheese on it at all. Literally no cheese. All the toppings just fell off. Nothing but bread with a sprinkling of sauce under. In addition, the sausage was dry and gray. It looked and tasted like a completely different sausage.

I'm not sure what changed at this new location, but the pizza is substantially worse. I can't see myself coming from Columbus to get something unique in the area and choosing Cassanos again.

Attached the pic of a sad, cheese-less slice. Literally not a single shred of cheese on there.

Unacceptable.

Order was for Forrest on May 13, 2023. Approximately 5:45pm. I'm not the type to call in and complain, I just won't...

Horrible customer service! Got our food delivered and was missing cheese sauce for breadsticks and Cassini was wrong one, told the driver and they said to call the store. To bad you can’t just call the store it directs you to a call center, then when told the problem they said it would be 40 minutes for the correct food to be delivered and we would have to give back the cold food(I’m cool with that it was wrong anyways but seems unsanitary with COVID going around!) and then when we said never mind and asked for refund for said items that were incorrect were told there was nobody there to give a refund so we have to drive up to the store. So now we have to waist our gas and time for YOUR mistake! Not to mention working 60 hours a week and only having an hour to eat with your family and loosing that chance because somebody can’t...

Visited 11/9 Ordered a King Pepperoni with peppers on half.....after about a half hour went by a young man brought it out ended up being more like 2/3 peppers and the 1/3 that was just peperoni was burnt.....the pepperoni was black crisp.....nothing was said, then when we started eating it and it was cold had very little cheese and sauce, pizza was awful. I believe it sit back in the kitchen and they were debating to serve it or not. Ate a few pieces and threw the rest away!! I didn't say anything as others were inside eating and i didn't not want to cause a scene. Been to the new one 4-5 times each time we went the less we liked it. Last visit!!! Nicer than the old one but staff is younger and could care less about the product!! Will continue to go to Springboro instead....Xenia is closer but never had a bad or service...
