Bruchi's Cheesesteaks & Burgers — Restaurant in Yakima

The food and customer service are always top notch! I feel it is the only fast food restaurant that care about food quality and customer service anymore! I do wish they would fill the portion cups containing the salad dressing (they are always just half full) so I don't have to ask for four of them for a whole salad, especially since the salad never comes in a bag? It won't stop me from going there and getting great service and the freshest salads!

update 8-26-22 I just ordered a chicken walnut salad with extra chicken and extra ranch dressing. I got neither of them! No extra chicken and no ranch dressing at all! It was through Doordash, so it was $25! It didn't come with a fork, napkins, and didn't even come in a bag! SMDH the only thing I can blame DD for is the high price. I will not oder...

I went there and the door was locked so I went through the drive-thru it was 10 after 8:00 ordered sandwiches for four people, all footlongs. They got every sandwich wrong I paid $52 and didn't get what I asked for I called them and they wouldn't answer the phone cuz they were closed apparently or they didn't want to fix their screw up. They also forgot my fries. I will never go to brucci's again and I will never recommend anybody to go there again. I will call the manager today and put my complaint in and I will ask for new sandwiches and take back what's left and if they don't give it to me I will probably call the Better Business Bureau. S* food poor service can't even take an order there's a reason they get paid...

Food have no idea because I never got my food, excuse was that the screen got cleared they thought I had my food. I paid took several tables to find an acceptable one. Ordered at 2:03 walked out with no food and 5-7 people were served before me. At 2:27 I walked out. After getting home and calling it was satisfying to say what I had to say without upsetting the restaurant. I've cooked for the Camlin restaurant, I've worked for Denney's, shoneys, IHOP and of course some fast food. I still have a food handler card because I volunteered for awhile at a church for the pancake breakfast. It's sad that this happened, as well I'll never return to this chain again.
