OK the brucci on Summitview I’ve been there like four times tonight makes five. So all the four times I’ve been there my sandwiches have been good have a good amount of meat. So tonight I order 4 sandwiches Two turkey foot-long snd 2 classic steak foot-long, well tonight they messed up on all 4. So the turkeys did not have a lot of meat on them, One turkey sandwich is worse than the other for the mount of meats that was not on it, mostly lettuce and tomatoes and they Also put On both turkey sandwiches onions, pepper and oil when I did not ask for that. The 2 steaks both my dad and brother said they were OK not as good as brucci usually is and once again not a lot of meat on it like they usually get and both front and ends of each sandwich was just bread no meat or anything. So it like at least 2 to 3 inch front and end of Each sandwich there where no meat it was just bread. So I told them that I would take it back but they were hungry and my mom picked through her turkey sandwich to get all the onions and stuff off and then the last half of the turkey they didn’t put that on there so apparently they must’ve caught their mistake but didn’t say anything. so I went back got my sandwich the girl was nice and took my Receipt and offered just to make mine sandwich and I really should’ve asked for half the money back Or to make all the sandwiches again, anyways they just made me a new one and it’s good don’t get me wrong but once again not a lot of meat on it like I’m used to and I’ve had a turkey sandwich from both the Nob Hill and Summitview and It definitely had more meat on those sandwiches and the girls who came and gave me my sandwich stated she weights the meat and distribute evenly and she doesn’t think the Nob Hill one does weight the meat but I’ve seen them weigh the meats. My new sandwich is still good But I said no peppers and I got pepper still and still not a lot of meat on my Sandwich like I’m used to from both places but at least she remade one but you would think they would either remake them all or at least give me half my money back, I mean come on I spent $44 and change for 4 12 inch sandwiches . I’m just gonna stick with the Nob...
Read moreThis place has the best food when prepared correctly. The business itself is poorly managed as 9 times out of 10 there is an issue with something. Last night, they were Out of 12” BREAD! At 7 pm at night. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread? Someone didn’t bake it off, that’s how. If this place had a competent manager, with its amazing food, great location, beautiful building, the customers would be lined up. Most nights, the open sign goes off BEFORE closing time, I even had them ignored me at the speaker on one occasion, it was about 8:50pm, closing is at 9, I knew the sign was off but figured they forgot to turn it on, so I pulled up to order knowing they’re open till 9. Nope, I was completely ignored and finally drove off. Talk about zero concern for the customers, let alone these employees owners, they could’ve cared less whether I was planning on spending 30-40, which would have covered their wages for the hour! I’m a business owner, and to see such a potentially successful business being operated like this is a waste. From what I understand, the owners are from Spokane and do not come to Yakima too often. I think they need to be checking on their businesses or hire a Competent Manager to run affairs for them if they are MIA, which they seem to be. There are some very nice employees there, but a new face every time I go. I’ve held off on posting anything about this business but maybe the owners will take note. I Love their products and they are close to home and I don’t cook, so I visit 2-4 times a week. This has been poorly managed...
Read moreMy wife received an incorrect order on a previous visit and a manager signed a receipt for a replacement. On our visit today, a manager was asked to help us. This manager (who had multiple open wounds on her arm) was more concerned with why our order was not in a binder than actually assisting us. She did however end up ringing up two sandwiches for us for free because as she put it, it was less than the original order anyway. We purchased fries and a drink that she put on a separate order. We received the fries and drink but waited for the sandwiches. When several orders that had been placed after us were handed out, I asked a very polite employee at the counter about our sandwiches. No one was aware of our order. They had to call the manager back out. She didn't say anything to us but just appeared to place the order in the register again and returned to the back. The polite employee was able to ensure our order was made correctly. I have been eating Bruchis my entire life and was excited when this location opened up. I worked in the fast food industry for close to ten years and I am aware that mistakes are made but I am very disappointed in the way this was handled my...
