Coffee City — Restaurant in Yakima

I went to the second location called COFFEE CITY by Fred Meyer!!!!!!I’m going to start by saying such horrible service management, we stopped by on Christmas day because very limited coffee shops open that being said got a iced drink all I tasted was cinnamon so I called and spoke with the manager Emily and she said (oh was it to sweet) I said no it tasted like Coffe and overpowering taste of cinnamon she said we close in 10 minutes so I said can I go tomorrow I’ll take the drink back she said it’s fine come before 11 and toss the drink. I saved the drink and took it back the next morning and gave them the drink and she kept telling me the drink I got was too sweet for future reference which I replied, and said no, it’s too cinnamony all I can taste the cinnamon and that drink! So she had a bit of an attitude I asked for a different drink and said remember that’s also very sweet and I told her I never had a problem with the first one being sweet it was just over powered with cinnamon then I asked her for a pup cup got a little tiny little cup and she said I’m gonna have to charge you $.50 for the pup cup for my dog! When I tell you it was my first & only time going here never again, will I go to this coffee shop this was a last resort, Coffee shops were open on Christmas day very limited places where opened! I will never ever go to this coffee shop again! Thank you EMILY for making me not spend my money here again!!!! FYI tell the customer they are getting charged for debit use next time and not see it pop up on the charge!!!!!!! Horrible no starts if I had...

I guess the first post didn’t make it up my son went got 5 drinks the barista was rude rushing them very short THEN refused to make my pregnant daughter a blended tea we’ve ordered them at other places and got them and was satisfied then my boyfriends drink was ordered sugar free and it very much was not my drink and my sons drink tasted watered down before the ice even melted THEN my boyfriend goes back to ask for a sugar free redbull and tells it last one wasn’t and she was even ruder snaps at him it was sugar free well except for the oj do you want me to make another one he says yes and then was going to make him pay for it again and he would’ve but then she insisted on paying for it this is why I don’t stray from my normals first...

I've had a lot of coffee at different locations and while the staff is amazing the coffee is just meh. Probably just stick with the redbulls here. BUT if you love the flavor of just coffee itself then this is definitely your place. I'm more about sweet and white chocolate flavoring with the mix of coffee taste so that's why I say meh. Everyone is different and I get that. Rush is super popular and my friends love it here I'm just not a HUGE strictly coffee flavor fan 🤷 still though ten ten...
