HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called for delivery and they told me it would be about a 45 minute wait or even over an hour so I said I would order online and pick it up instead. I placed my order online and selected to pay at the location because I had a community outreach coupon for a free large pizza that I wanted to use. I get there and there’s about 7 different people waiting outside and a few others in their cars also waiting. I waited my turn and told her I still had to pay so I gave her my debit card and the coupon. The girl giving out the orders and taking the money was extremely flustered and didn’t really know what she was doing (all the other people were complaining as well and one even said she had been there waiting for 40mins for garlic bites). Once I gave her the coupon she asked if I had told them when I called and I said no because I had ordered online and chosen to pay at the location. She continued to say she didn’t know how to apply the coupon and that they were really busy (even though she still had to take my card in for the payment). She then said I should use it on Monday or Tuesday when it’s not as busy. I told her to go ahead and use my card for the full amount and didn’t complain any further because of how many people were waiting after me but it’s absolutely ridiculous that she didn’t want to process my coupon simply because she didn’t know how to. I attempted to order delivery on 9/15 at 9:30p to only get my order canceled. My boyfriend (the person who ordered it for me) called and asked why my order was canceled and they said bc there was no gate code for the address. Mind you I have had pizza delivered to my address countless times and not one time have they called for a gate code. ALSO the gates at my complex are currently open and it’s now 10:46p. So I go into the store to order my pizza that I tried getting delivered to me. I walk in and am Helped by a gentleman who nicely takes my order. As I’m talking to him about what went on with my pizza and the “manager” which I think she’s not bc she DEFINITELY doesn’t look fit for the job, matter fact she’s not fit at all. Read moreI'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Domino's last night. What was supposed to be a quick and delicious dinner turned into a frustrating ordeal that left a bad taste in my mouth - literally.
I ordered pizza delivery, but it took over 2 hours to arrive. When I finally contacted the store, I was convinced to have the order remade and delivered. However, by the time the new order arrived, it was close to closing time. And to my surprise, they delivered the WRONG PIZZA!
To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the store to report the mistake, they were already closed. My kids, who are huge fans Of Dominos and had even convinced their schools to switch to them for pizza parties, were left disappointed and frustrated.
After last night's experience, my family has lost trust in Domino's. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and inability to deliver a simple pizza order correctly is unacceptable.
Unless Domino's takes serious steps to improve their service and quality control, we will not be ordering from them again.
