Service has been extremely slow. Nearly 20 min. wait in the drive through. 3 mess ups in one week. I usually go to this starbucks because of it's convenience. First mess up, no big deal, cause they fixed it. Just wrong coffee size. Only cost me my time. Which wasn't a big deal. Second mess up, they forgot one of my sandwiches, had to wait for the guy to take someone else's order before he looked over at me and I had to remind him. Mildly irritating, but no big deal again. Last time, actually cost me money and time. We ordered 4 drinks. They made two of the drinks iced, which wad wrong. Also, no big deal, except I paid for extra vanilla in one and when we got the drinks we actually ordered, it wasn't in there. Also, ordered a $6 and some change, sandwich that we didn't get. I didn't realize it till down the road but this time I was in a hurry and couldn't go back. All of this along with the long waits has made it so its not worth it for me to go there any more. And I'm not a coffee snob, nothing I order is ever out of the ordinary and I'm a good tipper. I can forgive off days, but a consistent need for me to sit for unacceptably long wait times, and then for me to correct my order for you every time I get to the front. I've always liked the starbucks in Safeway, right across the street. Its now faster for me to park, go inside and get my order there. Safeway starbucks has always been way better on quality and...
Read moreWe rarely go to Starbucks but we were meeting a friend who needed WiFi access. She ordered a Chai. I ordered Veranda for my wife and myself. Neither of us like dark roasts and we buy bags of Veranda for home use. We also ordered a chocolate croissant heated. When I got the receipt I saw it said dark roast. I asked the cashier about it and she assured me we'd get the light roast Veranda. About 5 minutes later she brought our croissant and told us it would be a few minutes while they made more coffee.
About 15 minutes later another person brought our coffees. When we asked where our friend's Chai was she said it had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. There were only 4 others in the store and there was no way we missed them calling her name. When she tried it it was no longer hot. She asked for a new one and the cashier said it wasn't their fault so, no replacement. By the time our coffee arrived the croissant was cold and the coffee was dark roast. I told the cashier and again we were told no new croissant and our receipt said dark roast so no new coffee.
On top of all that my wife drank the dark roast and by the time we got home she had an upset stomach from the acidic coffee. We'll never go back to this store. Poor service and a...
Read moreReign or whatever her name is apparently is also the manager of one of the establishments was working here today and I have never encountered such a rude person at Starbucks. I asked for an additional cup for my baby and she said that there was no way to account for the EMPTY CUP! She stated she could give me a pup cup which if you have a toddler you know that would end up ALL over my back seat. When I asked why because all the stores will typically give me an empty cup when spending $20 at their facility…including this store which I go to nearly EVERYDAY! She proceeded to tell me that she will be informing all the employees that they are not to hand out empty cups or fill an empty cup as a pup cup for ANYONE. So I hope that Starbucks really stops hiring such heartless people for a plastic cup that costs the company maybe 10cents…I’m also disappointed that this is a store manager. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and understand cracking down but I asked for a cup because I couldn’t stop and hand feed my 1 yr old whip cream….will not be returning until new...
