Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Yelm

So we went celebrate my birthday on a Tuesday night and we received terrible service and had some issues with our food too. We walk in and after standing there for a minute starring at the "whoa, we will seat you" sign finally get asked by the lady at the bar if we are dining in or carrying out. We say that we are dining in and are told to seat ourselves (I feel like if you aren't even going to bother to seat people then just flip the sign to "seat yourself"). We do, she takes our drink order and then gets that for us with out another word. We ordered Sierra mist and Mt dew and they are in red cups so it was impossible to tell apart. They were set in the middle of the table with no explanation. Then she wanders away to wrap up some silverware (the place was empty so idk why that wasn't done in advance). She slides the plates and silverware onto the table without even stopping or saying a word. Meanwhile I needed a refill and we were ready to order bread sticks. The rest of our party arrives and she delivers their drinks in a similar fashion. She is in and out of the back and I still haven't gotten a refill. I can hear them all chatting and I am getting peeved at this point. She finally comes back and asks if we are ready to order. I say that we know the bread and wings we want but are still working on the pizza. Before I can say that we will just order that to start she says okay and walks away. No "well can I get an app for you or a refill" nothing! We finally decide on a pizza and she takes our whole order and I finally get a refill. This is probably close to 20 min after arriving. Our wings and cheese bread bites come out fine, but the bread sticks are burnt. I'm done arguing with this lady since she is so absent anyways so I let it go. We need two refills when she brings the food out and she is gone again. They had 4 other people in the back so I know she was not urgently needed back there, yet that is where she spent 95% of our meal at. When she brings out the pizza and pasta we finally get our refills, but we have to be pushy about it. Literally waving our glasses at her to get her to slow down from running into the back again. Update(2): Friday night 5/18/2018 I have to bring you guys down to 3 stars. 😞 I ordered an alfredo cheese pizza and a supreme pizza with yellow peppers instead of bell peppers. Sadly it was missing peppers all together. I also love the 'hut favorite' crust flavoring and order it on every pizza, both crusts were flavorless. 😩 The pizzas were still delicious but I need to see consistency in your accuracy. Maybe add someone to double check items before they go in the oven. I'll see you all again a few weeks from now. I hope I can add a star.

Update: Friday night 4/27/2018, ordered carry out today. 2 large pizzas. They were extremely busy with a few large parties and people coming and going non-stop. I told you all that because I have worked in pizza places and it can get crazy. That being said my pizza did not have the flavoring, I think they stretched a medium crust into a large because it was much thinner than normal. 1 mistake out of countless great orders does not bring my rating down and I will still recommend them but I wanted you all to know.

I have ordered from here about 10 times in the last 2 months. I have done carryout and delivery. The people inside we're very helpful and went the extra mile. I got a drink while waiting and they offered to put my pizza in a warmer while I finished. The delivery drivers have been polite and cheerful. I always order a custom pizza that most places screw up. Horrible place. Two orders in a row were messed up - both times it was the same order and the breadsticks came with no marinara and the pizza was supposed to be pepperoni/bacon but both times there was not a single piece of bacon. Called and spoke to a guy manager who was very apologetic and nice and put a $30 credit on our account. We ordered today and planned on using half the credit. When my fiancé got there, the other manager Lindsey just said "ok you're all set" to him. He asked how much it was and all she said was we had to use all our credit at once. So, he asked to add some drinks on and she said no cause she had "already closed out the sale" but didn't even ask him if he wanted anything else? I called and talked to her and she was rude and then said if I called back in 10 mins she would add $10 on and then gave me a "okaaaay thaaaaks" that was fake as hell and then just hung up. I didn't call back for the $10 and because of rude Lindsey who shouldn't even be working in customer service, we will never go back there. We order usually once a week, but there's other pizza places in this town that will get an easy order correct and won't have a horrible manager...
