Del Taco — Restaurant in Yorba Linda

The food is ok but the service is mediocre. The drive thru is also really small and a pain to get through. If it gets crowded enough, the people waiting in line end up blocking the cars trying to leave the drive thru so then no one moves. I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive thru and set it for pickup at a certain time. I get there and my food wasn't even started. I gave them my name, they finished all the orders in the drive thru, then started mine. It took 15 minutes from me walking in (at the time my food was supposed to be ready) to getting my food and leaving. All the people in the drive thru got their food before I did. What's the point of ordering ahead of it end sup taking longer? I get home and the food isn't even right. I ordered a chicken guacamole tostada and they forgot the guacamole. How do you forget an ingredient that's in the name of the item? I'll probably end up coming back since this is the closest one but now I know to just go through the drive thru and check everything...

A manager that works here by the name of laurel was very rude to me. After waiting next to the counter for two minutes and not getting any service i knocked on the counter. The manager then turned around and got upset with me telling me I was rude and disrespectful for knocking on the counter when in no way was I coming across in that way. After that I asked for my money back and at first she refused to refund my money. I then had to ask about three times for my money back before she finally gave it back. During the refund I noticed that after all this that she was an actual manager that was not wearing her name tag(had to ask for her name.) Then she begun telling that she didn't need my money as if she was trying to start arguing with me. Finally I leave the store look at the return receipt only to notice that not all of the money was refunded to my card. This was not a good way to start my day and I give this place two...

I normally don’t do reviews, Don’t eat here!! Staff lies to you about your order! Food was wrong! Maricela was very rude. Never repeated order to us in the drive through. At the window I asked her to, heavy sigh and short. Told me my burritos that I had ordered green sauce on was there, it wasn’t marked on the burritos and they took them back and told me the red color is the beef, but they added more green sauce. We also ordered our fries well done, when asked, she told us, yes they are. When home no Green sauce and soft cold fries at 12:30 pm! Not the first time they were rude either! That’s why they get paid to work there? To treat us like we are interrupting there day, and take your food as we decide to prepare it!! If you don’t like your job, leave!! Horrible!
