Forced Tipping?!?!?! Placed an order to go yet we were forced to pay a minimum 15% tip. WHY? We did not have a server come to our table and take a drink order, and then return for a food order. No server to explain food items on the menu. No server to bring us our drinks and food. No server to follow up with meal and drink satisfaction. No server to clear our table. No server to thank us for dining here. So why am I forced to tip a minimum 15%??? Covid ended 2 years ago. Since then food prices and employee wages have skyrocketed. I'm a retiree on a fixed income that has stayed flat. When I asked why the meatball sub w/cheese is $8 but the price of Subway Series #6 The Boss costs $10.25, I was told that The Boss has "some" slices of pepperoni. So over $2 just for "some" slices of pepperoni? Ridiculous. And then to be forced to pay an additional minimum tip of 15%. That was just insult to injury. This is why we usually purchase top quality Angus ground beef in the store for $5/# and make our own meatballs. Forget you Subway, you're pricing yourself out of my business. Meatball subs at Subway used to be very fairly priced below other sub offerings but not anymore....

It was regular Italian the second so I was supposed to have pepperonis on it that I paid extra for and it did not have extra so I called the store to let them know and they claim it was DoorDash.
