Brixx Pizza and Chixx — Restaurant in York

Pizza is VERY oily. I’m not the type to complain about oily pizza. But, this pizza literally sloshes inside your mouth. I’ve ordered pizza from Brixx on several occasions. The crust has no flavor. The delivery is slow. The pepperoni is not bad. Their corn muffins are amazing most of the time. They are sweet, dense, moist and have bits of corn in them which I never enjoyed prior to the experience of a Brixx corn muffin. They are located a mile away from me and have never arrived less than 45 minutes from the time I placed the order. The food is typically lukewarm when it arrives. Their fried chicken is often darker in appearance and simply lackluster in both crisp and flavor. We were often enticed to order from Brixx as we loved their corn muffins. Last Thursday, one week from tomorrow, I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 5:19 pm. After waiting until 7pm, trying to call the store, along with send them an instagram message, I decided to drive to the store myself. I came to find the store was, and has been closed since that day. I have reached out to them about a refund, I have tried to wait sometime and still have heard nothing. I understand everyone has emergencies, but I closed restaurant shouldn’t have allowed my 40 dollar order to go through. I am expecting a full refund and have reached out to my bank, as brixx has not responded at all.
