Villa is a decent place to go get your gear , I think they should expand their shoe section though. It’s located in the city which is convenient to everyone around the area , and better for “villa” because there’s nothing else like it in the city unless you go to the mall. . . But if you have a car and don’t mind going to champs , Nike , etc at the galleria mall their shoe section is quite larger and with that obviously come more variety. Overall VILLA is a good place for a quick shop , not my number one place to go but because it’s so close it definitely is...

I was in training today and I decided to make a trip to this store. I'm from the Reading area so I was surprised to not see any customer service. I went in and not only did I NOT get greeted, but I was looking at sneakers against the wall and the two guys and two ladies who were talking right on my left, didn't BOTHER asking "is there anything I can help you with today?" They obviously don't have the experience and proper equipment to monitor the people who are coming in and spending money. Nor do they care bc someone purchased $212 worth of merchandise on my card and then proceeded to try another $190 purchase. Good job on your end making sure your customers are legitimate. Should've seemed a little sketchy that they decided to try and make two different purchases with the same card only 3...
