So we scheduled a full set make-up appointment for my girlfriend at this place and we're very disappointed. We visited approximately a month ago and received very good service, but this time was completely different. The appointment was scheduled for 10 o'clock am and although we arrived at 9:48 am, we sat and waited for a very long time and nobody was even there to open up shop. The website hours claims that the business hours are between 10am-6pm so we're no understanding what the issue was. To make matters worse, the stylist was in contact with my girlfriend via text message and had informed her that she would be there at ten for the appointment. I went into this store on 10/24. The store is beautiful and what I bought was cute but I was not happy with the customer service. I do not know the name of the person that helped me because she didn’t greet us when we walked in but I know it wasn’t the owner.
