Yesterday April 28th I had an amazing experience at this location to young women 1 of them said it was their first job they were super bubbly & extremely helpful (w/ me having celiacs) so I drove back from Boardman tonight 1145p 29th of April. I ordered the lady was very rude, The way she treated me, looked at me, huffed & puffed, handed me or more like deliberately made it hard for me to get my change & my products, after struggling I left the $1.50 something. Sadly, I don’t think I can go back to Dunkin’ Donuts anymore, I understand it’s not really Dunkins fault but some of these locations have horrible mean people working there & this is my time I’m out & working & unfortunately it seems like this is when these people are working. I come here once a week at least. It's on my way. Their mobile order app doesn't work for walk-in pickup. Always half ready and you have to wait three or four minutes inside to tell someone your order's not complete. Same for walk-in orders. They only focus on the drive-thru. You gotta go through the drive-thru to get your mobile order by the time you get there. But don't get too many items on the same order or they'll leave off the last items. You'll drive off thinking you're set to go and end up going back to sit in drive-thru again just to get your order filled. They try to train their customers to do things their way by ignoring them. Dunkin in front of Walmart on Mahoning is much more mobile friendly. I'd go there if it...

I have to say that every time I get something delivered from there, my order is wrong. I won't order from there again! The other day I went inside to see a friend who happened to be there having a cold drink. I went up to the counter and got one. If you go there and order just one thing, you are ok. Other than that, the girls don't want to work - they just want to goof off. They don't clean anything, don't wipe down tables, and do not make sure your order is correct. I'm 70 and back just some years ago when we went to work - we worked!!!! I worked at one DD store back when I was 17, and we worked! This Dunkin Donuts is substandard and I hope the owner sees this!
