I placed an online order, when I went to pick it up, Donna refused to give me my food. All she could say was I have a voided transaction here. I showed her my email confirmation where they charged my debit card and even showed her my online banking app, showing they pulled the money out of my account. She still refused to give me the food I paid for. She just kept saying I have a voided transaction here. I’m sorry, I don’t know what you need to do on your end, but do something to make this right!!! Again, she refused saying I have a voided transaction here. Ok fine, so then let me just reorder the food, I’ll pay for it again and request a refund on the old order, she wouldn’t even do that. She claimed they didn’t have what I ordered as a button on her cash register (which keep in mind was nothing that they don’t have on the menu, it was 2 two piece fish combos) but because they didn’t have the button on her cash register to make it the price that I had paid for it online, she couldn’t or wouldn’t do this. Why wouldn’t you just ring things up and give a discount to reflect that price, just to make an already paying customer happy? That’s how things worked when I worked fast food. It was overall a horrible experience and quite sad to see that this is what our world has come to. No button on the cash register, so I can’t help you? I have a voided transaction here, which she couldn’t even prove was for my order. It literally just said voided transaction on it. We pay good money when we do decide to eat out, and to be treated by an establishment like this was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. After this last experience, definitely won’t be going back for a while. I ended up going to eat at ocean fish and chips in Marysville. The food was so much better over there, but now I have to fight with Long Johns Silvers to get my money back for this order that I paid for and...
Read moreI've been eating here since i was a child. I don't know who the owners are over the last 3 or 4 years, but it has been gross consistently every single I try to give it another chance. Their fish used to be thick ans juicy, taste was amazing, their shrimps were long and breaded so well, their chicken was also a good size and juicy, and the "Long John Silvers" brand of tarter sauce was so delicious! Now, their food is all cooked in some burnt tasting oil, their chicken is dry and like a thin piece of cracker, the fish is small and always taste like it's been sitting g out, their hushpuppies are fried down in that same oil and burnt. I do not know why they keep changing the tarter sauce and each one taste worst than the last. Whoever owned it all of those years actually cared about their customers and took pride in their business. Now, it's ran by people who clearly just want to monetize on the name and credibility of past owners in a small town of families who have been supporting this place for years. it's shameful and sad. Do...
Read moreA little upset that the hours of business say until 9:30, and I show up at 10 till 9, all signage & lights are off, including the Drive-Thru Open sign AND ALL THE LIGHTS on the menu board sign. I was told the lights are automatic & they have no control over them (however the “Drive- thru Open” sign is just a chain pull I’m sure, like every other neon light, so I’m sure they have control over that). I was told the manager is in charge of when that sign gets turned on & off, & the employee isn’t exactly sure why the manger does that; well I’m pretty sure it has something to do with them NOT wanting business at that time of night, & wanting to be out of there by 9:30 exactly. If u want to close earlier, don’t post your hours till 9:30; it’s not good customer service! This isn’t the first time this has happened here either. Love the food, but come on, you’re losing a lot of business if your lights are off early, so just a suggestion. If it’s business you...
