Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Yuba City

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered 3 of the cool ranch papadias, get home and see there's no cool ranch seasoning on outside of them. We call to see what they'd to fix, and wouldn't say they'd do anything, so I told them I'm on my way back and to make new ones and I'll bring the bad ones back. I get there and show them old ones, they take back, and about 2 minutes later, hand me 3 papadilla boxes. Thank God I looked, all they did was sprinkle a little dust on them. I said I wanted new ones made since had now been over an hour since they'd come out. A delivery driver tried to tell me he'd give me 25% in future, but didn't give me a coupon or put my name in system just to tell them and they'd give it to me, I said sure but still want new food, he got angry ripped up the napkin I asked him to write his name and discount so I'd have something to prove a discount, and angrily made new papadillas. I asked for a manager too and they said no manager was there, which is a violation. In food service industry that's mandated to have a manager trained I food safety on staff whenever open. This place is ran like a dumpster fire, and is ripe for food borne illness. Don't test it, it's...

So we ordered a pizza. Watched a whole almost two episodes of 45 minute show realizing our pizza hadn’t arrived, called and they said it was delivered. We looked outside nothing. We are in an apartment all of them are numbered we double checked to make sure everything was correct. They called back and said that there was another door they had to go through! Which isn’t true. I ordered my pizzas at 1:15pm and was to be delivered by 4:15. The driver was over 20 minutes late. And when I called the store all they could say was sorry. The only plus side was atleast my food was still warm

I did a call from the owner did give me a personal call back and he was awesome to work with and friendly an was willing to correct things. The owner lived up to most of his deal. He said I quote.
