This is my usual Starbucks so it makes me very sad that my family, friends and I won't be returning. Today I ordered my normal drink without their classic syrup due to dietary restrictions. I got to work and after a couple of sips I noticed by the after taste that there was in fact classic syrup in my drink. I called and spoke to a lovely very friendly girl on the phone who said it wouldn't be a problem to remake it. Which is all I expected it as I understand mistakes happen it's not a big deal. I went through the drive through re ordered, made sure it was clear and tried to be as nice as I possibly could. Everything was fine until I got to the window. The girl at the window was incredibly rude. Glaring, pursed lips, hands on her hips. As I was in a hurry I took the remade drink going to leave noticing the obvious color difference in the drink. It was made correctly. Please note that this is the only drink I order from starbucks so I know what it looks like and I doubt they would make the mistake twice. Attitude and all made me stop to try it which I did. It was correct. I offered them back the previous drink and her attitude once again was sour. Her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. I wasn't rude and I just wanted my coffee to not make me vomit. I know having to remake something is annoying and if I were rude and yelling I would understand the attitude. I went specifically in to ask about nutritional information (had to go to another Starbucks) about the unicorn frap for informational purposes and health reasons. While ordering my coffee I was considering trying one on my birthday but I needed to know the nutritional info. FAT chance! I asked if I could have it and the guy said they have it but it's in the system And they would have to print it out. I said "okay so print it out please." He said "well it won't be around long so......." there was a long pause and he looked at me like I was stupid. But what was really going on was he was too lazy to print it out for me and was in a hurry to get to the next customer. I don't understand how I was unclear but he finished my order and asked me to pay and then asked if I wanted a receipt and dismissed me by saying "have a nice day". I didn't appreciate the lack of service and dismissive attitude and if I have to drive across town to another Starbucks that is what I'll do from now on. This location clearly doesn't care about customer service. I have medical issue that require me to know what I eat and drink at all times. Clearly I was an inconvenience to this employee and ultimately Starbucks. I am a very dissatisfied customer and if I can't acquire the nutritional info that I need than what's the point and buying coffee from a company that refuses to supply that info?!...
Read moreThe drive-thru cashier who was working night shift on 6/26/2021 at 9:35pm was rushing through our order and it felt like she wasn't even listening to what we ordered. She said things like, “Are you done?” about 3 times but there wasn’t even anyone else in line. She didn’t give us our price when we finished ordering nor when we pulled up to the window. In fact, we still have no idea what our overall price was! She gives us our drinks, which 2 of the 4 are made completely incorrectly. It seemed like she didn’t even know what we ordered in the first place. We ordered “A mango dragonfruit refresher with heavy cream add tea and add vanilla.” She gave us a dragon drink, which is just a dragonfruit refresher with vanilla. When we told her it was made incorrectly she seemed annoyed and insisted that it was made right. When it obviously was not we could see on the sticker.
