Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Yuba City

Terrible experience. They covered all of the outlets to keep customers from working in the morning while getting their coffee. When we asked why because starbucks is known for having them, they said its because they discriminate against the homeless. They were coming in and paying for their coffee and staying for several hours to charge their phones so they covered all the outlets because they didn't want to deal with them. They also would not let our 6 year old use the bathroom until AFTER we paid even though we said we were buying coffee and staying to work for an hour because they do not allow the homeless to use the bathroom. Very expensive and very irritating. I missed a work call because I couldn't use my laptop. I get coffee and breakfast every morning at starbucks for my family. I'll go to a different company...

I ordered a hot chai with a shot of espresso and when I went to the window, they were handing me an iced drink so they remade it. Then when I took a drink, I can taste that it was just chai, they didn't even put the shot in for me. So I paid extra for nothing ($7+ for a medium drink mind you!!). I can tell they were annoyed with me because I couldn't decide what I wanted at first (I havent had coffee in over a year, so I wasnt sure) and then having them remake it probably was the last straw. I usually don’t leave reviews. I’m not used to purchase drinks from Starbucks often, but decided to go today to try some new refreshers, and the menu was complicated and I already have vision problems and asked the barista for a minute then I decided to try one of the new refreshers. Anyway, the guy was impatient with me and started giggling like I was stupid or something. I felt pressured to order whatever it’s that he was suggesting because I was already feeling stupid.
