Listen, I know what you’re thinking. Who 5 starts a chain pizza place? Well let me tell you a story. There I was just wanting to break my diet and eat 10,000 calories because I don’t have any mirrors in my room so it’s not like I have to look at myself afterwards, when I open my pizza box to find.. you guessed it.. a pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni on it. I mean honestly, what am I, a 6 year old? Absolutely not. So I call them up and they tell me I’ll get a free pizza next time I order. Well sure enough the time once again came when I was feeling like whaling out the Parmesan cheese. I call them up again to get my pizza, my stuffed bread, and chicken wings because I need these calories like the moon needs another crater. The lady on the other end says, “One moment please. Okay great, to make up for last time…” ya da ya da. Your whole order is free. So yeah. That’s the sort of problem solving, customer retaining, business earning behavior that gets your common pizza chain a 5...

Just a heads up for anyone that gets prank called. Their manager is absolutely useless and has a stick shoved so far up where the sun doesn't shine it's not even funny. Walked in trying to get the number of the person who has ordered pizza to my house twice now, and he said he could not give me the phone number due to a policy. He then got a phone call which I let him take and everyone else that was there asked me what was going on so I explained it and then he accuses me of going behind his back. The other employees simply asked a question, that I answered. Needless to say I told him to take any information he might have and shove it up his * and walked out. Mind you I payed for the pizza when I could have very easily let the buisness eat the cost for it but I felt it was the right...

Papa John's Pizza located in the family friendly city of Yucaipa,California features a great menu of classic pizza favorites like pepperoni,sausage and beef as well as vegetarian friendly and specialty pizzas as well-freshly and promptly made. We ordered 2 of their 14" pizzas with veggies on their really tasty fresh thin crust and they were really hot and delicious! They have lots more items on their menu including chicken wings,drinks and desert items as well. The Papa John's Yucaipa staff were really friendly,courteous and helpful too!
