I went to rosies on 4/28/16 at 400 pm. I was there early waiting for friends for dinner. We were told how awsome the food was..the problem encountered; the young man taking orders up front was interupted by a female in the window name Brenda , had called the phone and told him later to hang up the phone dude it was me. Remind you, this is starting busy time for dinner. The customers were waiting longer than usual for food. One female customer was waiting for the rice and bean burrito, when she went up to find out why it was taking so long the employee went to table that had mistakenly took her order the employee picked it up and wrapped it up telling her he opened it but he didn't touch it. They actually tried to give that burrito to another person. Brenda had said" I sent out that order. " I was appauled. They should have had no questions and made the customer a new burrito and the gentleman that had the burrito, should have got to keep it for free. Two other customers asked for their money back. I was told that no one there could make chilikillies ( I can't spell it) although a big sign hanging up said they now have it available. ( no one here can make it ) that was explained to me..Another customer was told there were no more tortillas. I had been there from four to five thirty watching all this go down. Brenda was rude with another customer when she came to front desk. She never had eye contact. No smile and simple curt answers . Very poor customer service. The young man had asked another male employee to go talk to Brenda. Customers were frustrated. A family of six walked out..two single customers were making comments about the entire atmosphere and the immuturity beaming out from the kitchen...would I recommend Rosies only if I knew the owners were there and would not put up with that...
Read moreThe food was great at first. The first of two enchiladas was juicy, and the green sauce tasted amazing blended together. The second enchilada was dry and lacked the green sauce. The beans and rice were good, I plated that for my daughter. The brown sugar shaken espresso was delicious, and towards the middle, I added me milk to soften the color. We also ordered three bean and cheese burritos. They size of the burritos were great. They tasted just as great I heard. The tiny bartistas made a great team, and I started following them on Instagram as well. Overall, the taste was great, and the texture was amazing. If the second enchilada could've replicated the first, I would rate it complete five stars. Once I mixed the beans and rice and enchilada together, it kept it moist. I will say that the cheese on top was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back to try other choices on the menu for myself and for my families appetite. Next time, I would love to go inside to dine in. Going through the drive-through was a little bit rushed, but I did go the safe route and stuck to a...
Read moreRosie Yucaipa is unprofessional!!! First off, I live about 30 minutes from Rosies, so when I am traveling to a business, I always look up hours of operation. On this day I checked google and yelp before heading out. I also attempted to order by phone but no one answered and there was no voicemail. No one answering can mean they are already on the phone, so I proceeded to the establishment..... I was so dissapointed!!! The door, google, and yelp all say that they open at 8am. The front door was open when I arrived at 8:30am., however. the lights were off, there was no one behind the register, and a rude and confused lady from the back came to the front and confronted me and one other patron waiting at the register for someone to take our order. She unpolitely stated that they opened at 9am. I reminded her that her door, google, nor yelp reflected the opening time she informed. I waited and at 9am, I got out of my car and waited at the door. Another woman could see me and refused to acknowledge me. At 9:15am they opened up to...
