The worst service I have ever experienced at Chipotle. Donāt even waste your time. I drove 45 min to get dinner here & when I showed up the line was wrapped around to the entrance. We waited 20 minutes just to order my husband and Iās meal. As we were ordering we were told there was only 3 meets to choose from and no queso or chips. Because they ā ran outā. The service was slower than any chipotle I had ever been to, with no care in the world to provide customer service. One of the employees answered ā were outā aggressively when I asked for queso. The cashier stated that she didnāt have any. The young lady that started my order, what sides I wanted. I told her, then she proceed to tell me that gentleman working the other end of the bar would get it. The customers behind me ordered.
When the gentleman asked me what do you want on your bowl? I informed him I had the quesadilla. He asked me did I want the sides that went with it? Of course I do. EDIT: Reported to the Health inspector and this is what happened āThe person in charge stated they were unaware of the complaint. The person in charge stated the barbacoa meat comes in a plastic package and is cut open with a lever cutter. The operator stated that the plastic is discarded immediately. The operator stated the barbacoa meat is placed in a deep pan and shredded by hand then is placed on the griddle to reheat for hot holding.ā Not only is this a lie, but if youāre going to lie make it believable.
