I really enjoyed the chicken taco here at Del Taco. The bad part was it was the closest thing I could get to chicken shawarma. The meat was dry though, I reminisce about my hometown. The meat was juicy, the chicken wasn’t dry. I miss it. I would really appreciate if this Del Taco added chicken shawarma to their menu. The chicken taco was dry, and that was really the only downfall. Overall, the customer service was great. The problem was when I was dining in there, my waitress stated that chicken shawarma was not something that they were quite trained to do. Read moreFriendly but, incompetent. They sold me on the cheese quesadilla bold saying that it came with fries and special sauce inside. But there were no fries in it and the special sauce is the same spicy green peppers in the spicy jack. I also ordered two Guac shrimp tacos and it came without guac. Ordered my son a chocolate shake and it was wholly vanilla with a small drizzle of chocolate to where it still was white after mixing it and when I called in about it they said they’d have to charge extra for more chocolate, when it still tasted like vanilla. They offered to make a new order and when I had to take more time to drive back for it, they looked at me like I was the problem....
Read moreI don’t even know where to start — this was, hands down, one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into this Del Taco, I was hit with the overwhelming stench of old grease and mildew. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in months.
As for the food? Completely inedible. Everything tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. I took a few bites and had to throw it away — which says a lot, considering how low the bar is for fast
I wish I could give this place zero stars. Save yourself the stomachache and go literally...
